              On 11/11/2021 I went into Saffire vapor to purchase a vape at about ****pm and the women that sold it to me lied to me about the flavor of liquid I bought and than she opened it without asking me and put it in the vape I bought and when I told her she gave me the wrong liquid she said to me she couldn't t exchange nor refund me because I opened the liquid already and I told her she was the one who opened it and my daughter in law was standing right there and witnessed her opening the liquid so now I'm very upset cause she won't exchange or refund me after she was the one who opened this liquid. I want all my money back cause I never opened this product the girl at the counter opened it. I'm very upset!!!! To top it all off the girl at the counter with the purple hair that sold this to me and opened the products without asking me never even bothered giving me my receipt.....
