              Similar to ****** below, I have a license. But mine was not on the line. I signed up for the "normal 28 day program" as ****** mentioned in his one start review from 12/16/2022. At my first group counseling meeting I noticed my discharge was for me to be there for 31 days. I immediately protested and reminded them I signed up for 28 days. My counselor "Jason" said my discharge date was based on my progress. He had met with me two times at this point. In fact, he and the case manager actually went to my insurance company and got my stay extended AFTER I told them I was only staying 28 days. I had to go over his big inflated head. The only communication I got from Jason was that intake/admissions had indeed had me down for only 28 days. No kidding. I had clothes stolen from my cabin. I notified 4 people/departments. No one asked for a statement and there was no form to fill out. Another patient in my cabin also had items stolen. I finally emailed the QM Director Jennifer and was told that I signed a release that stated Cumberland Heights was not responsible for stolen property. I never saw the paperwork; just signed a small electronic device after being told verbally about some of their policies.
