went into this office last year had ******** worth of work done from a injury at ****** barbeque they said in addition to the damage caused by the chicken wings i needed a root canal ..all work was done and one day i was eatting junk food and the crown fell out I called and made a appointment with the dentist office i was told the dentist was on vacation but i could see his asst. ******* to put the crown back on..when i arrived I was refused excess to see ******* and was told i had to see a dentist (red flag) i saw ******** ******* SHE TOOK A XRAY and said we will have to pull this tooth and replace it with a false tooth for ******** I explained iI had already paid for the root canal and my appointment was with ******* to put it back on ..they refused to do so..n*** thing i know im getting a collection lt. from ******* ******** ************ **.#********************* telling me i have 30 days to pay or the 135.00 will be reported to the bureau..i went to Dentistry of Nashville and talked to the billing department its amazing they had the xray right in front of them saying the tooth had to be replaced i laughed saying thats not my xray you didnt even know i was coming..i was told to leave the office i called ******* ******** spoke to ************* at ************ ***. *** and paid the bill ..ive always paid me bills on time and this is CLEARLY A SCAM and unethical business practices.....im unable to upload the doc's i apoligize
