Total rip-off be sure to pay it of within the 101 days if not their interest will get you I made a huge mistake I financed my PS5 for $1200 I already paid around $600 I looked at my account today and my payoff is $1100 lol me thinking $40 a week ain't bad $160 a month I'll pay it off in no time but what they don't tell you is that $30 goes to their interest $10 goes to your account i hope this helps but I don't recommend anyone doing business with them lol basically the legal way to rob you of your money

I am a college student working and purchased my first furniture set from **************** on 11/10/2020. I was having a great experience with them and the set up and they were really friendly up until I tried to pay them in full well in advance. Never having any delinquent payments with this company I wanted to ensure I started 2021 debt free so I decided in December 2020 to pay them off in full. Once I did, I received a confirmation number and payment receipt informing me that not only have they accepted my payment and everything is good to go but I also received a congratulatory notification that nothing further was due and I was paid in full. At no point was I contacted via email, phone call or by mail in January of 2021. In February 2021 I received an email asking if I forgot to make a payment which left me flabbergasted because I had a payment receipt documenting I was paid in full. So feeling confident about a mix-up on their part I reach out to them only to be informed that they returned my payment to me. Now I no longer had the account they are saying they returned a payment to and I NEVER received a return or refund of the One thousand one hundred ninety five dollars and seventy three cents ($1,195.73) which they are saying they returned. Not only that I am being told I owe more money due to late fees. I called to try and rectify this but was met with rude and forceful behavior. I have no other choice but to make other buyers aware of this type of behavior from this company and show my credit bureaus and anyone else proof that I made the payment in full.
