I called the day before and asked about the wait time. She said if I was the first one to show up tomorrow they could get it done while I waited, the schedule was empty. I arrived 30 min. before open. She arrived right after me & we spoke, nice conversation, I was 1st in & would get right in. A few minutes after the shop opened, a service truck showed up, the tech. put the truck in his bay. I asked him about my car? He said I could just leave it there. I told him I didn't have a ride & he just walked away. I told the man in the office about getting right in according to the lady in the back office. He said I didn't have wait & I told him of no transportation. As Time went on, he told me 2 more times I could leave & I reminded him I had no trans. After 4.5 hours he said the guy's would be going to lunch in 10 min. & I could leave to get something & they are back by 1. I asked if I could take my car & he said it has to stay at the shop. I walked down the road 10 or so minutes, back & knees hurting bad, & felt I had enough went back to cancel job & go else where! As I got back the tech. was pulling my car in his bay. I told him I didn't want the work. He said he was almost done & needed 5 min.. I went to the office, empty, totally ******. 2 minutes later a young man entered the office from the bays, said he was done & ask for payment. I tossed my card on the counter. He ask & I said, in anger, 4.5 **** Hours to do 20 min. job & I was ******* ******. I told him how difficult it is for me to get up early as a disabled Vet & I planned this day because of no waiting. I slammed my wallet on the counter & walked away. A moment later a big guy comes out of the back office & asks me. I told him. In the middle of my, he said I was an ****** & was told to leave my car! I said I didn't have; he interrupts again to say the same thing. It got very heated between us & went outside to avoid it all. The lady brought my recipe out. I ask if I had to sign & she said no! This will be 5th or 10th time they done alignment on my vehicles. They do great work is why I keep going back, but not after today. I’m in wheelchair so my hands have stay clean 24/7 or they get what ever all over my chair which isn’t good! When I dropped off my truck do alignment I told guy up front not to let the mechanic drive my tru k unless he cleans his uniform, hands, and boots off cause last 100 times he got grease all over my seat, steering wheel, door handles inside and out, plus my door panel and center console. Welp I picked it up open my door and same thing!!! Went back inside talked to man Francis front room and he didn’t say anything. A bigger mechanic guy came towards me and said why do u keep coming back here if all you do is complain! I said, “cause yal do great work, but Iv told yal in the past to not get grease all over my interior of my truck. I said I’m gonna get a quote on detail and plus my new steering wheel”$350”’s grease is I needing in it and can not be cleaned! So I told them I’ll never come here again and they will pay for my wheel and detail. Guy laughed and said good luck cause that happens at all mechanic shops! Which it does not cause my family use to own one 25 years and we never let a greasy mechanic test drive any customers vehicle. How do I get them to pay for this?? I need help please
