First did business with Crencor in 2022. Bought a "hard to find" truck after searching entire state of TN for what I wanted. They brought one in from Texas that was exactly what I needed. Just now left the dealership today 7/14/24 and again was treated with great respect, courtesy, and walked away with yet another wonderful experience. I'm hoping I wont need another truck anytime soon, but if I do, they will be my first stop. Thank youReview from Tammy C

Recently did business with crencor and was very pleased with the service I received. Everyone went out of their way to help me with me deciding what truck I should get for my needs. The financing went very smooth. It was late in the afternoon and the manager and sales person never complained about staying late to help me. A very satisfied customer.Review from Eddie C

Ronnie A******* sold a truck to my 19 year old son. He went out of his way to show him the truck on a Sunday afternoon. He then sold him the truck and made good on a couple of small repairs after the sale as agreed upon. Great service and honesty.Review from Paula M

Traded our car on 12/7/22. Still no title or tags on 1/24/23. Talked to manager and he blamed it on the state. Talked to the state on 1/25/23 and they said nothing from dealership. Talked to per son at dealership that deals with tags and titles and she confirmed they have filed nothing. Yet they collected state sales tax and 299.00 at time of sale. Would appear to be holding client taxes and fees and zero taken care of.

We are a small company and have to take to Dealer division Davidson county and the company secretary informed the customer we would hand carry and expedite. The state issues 2 month temp.tags for this reason.Review from Kelli W.

At time of purchase the truck we purchased drove great and expected honesty with the “as is” agreement. A week in a half later there were oil stains in the driveway and called Crencor, they didn’t return the phone call- they didn’t even remember us? Called several more times and we were referred to several different mechanics. All who were backed up and couldn’t get us in til weeks later- made it to an appointment to find out they do not work on diesels. Called Crencor again, got the name of a mechanic who did work on diesels- it is up to $3,000 worth of repairs. The oil leak goes up much farther than originally expected from the mechanic. How does a company miss this? Lied to about the “admin” key needed to reset the settings on the truck. Volume is stuck, speed tops out at 80 mph, a faulty tire sensor constantly goes off. I signed the “as is” agreement expecting transparency- it’s obvious this agreement just means Crencor doesn’t have to/ or need to do anything after they get the sale. A way to protect themselves from selling faulty vehicles.
