      I brought my car in for a routine oil change on 09 Nov 23. Jessica told me it would take 1 to 1.5 hrs; it actually took more than 3.5 hrs. If I had been given a more realistic timeframe I would have made other arrangements; instead I waited. I went to the desk to find out how much longer. My car was parked right there in the garage but no one bothered to tell me. It got even worse after that. Jessica wouldn’t do my paperwork until she finished the paperwork for 4 other people — those other people weren’t even there (I was the only customer in the office). But she made me wait anyway. I will mention here that I am disabled and I had a lot of difficulty standing, but Jessica didn’t care. She made me wait anyway. As a result, I was in pain most of the following day — thank you Jessica. I have emailed this complaint to Miracle Ford, but I haven’t yet gotten a response.

      Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We apologize that your recent visit was not up to your expectations. Being a Disabled Veteran, I share your sentiment. We always try to estimate the accuracy of our stated wait times, but unfortunately these are just estimates and some services take a few minutes longer than others for a multitude of controllable and uncontrollable circumstances. Our suggestion to avoid any excessive wait times or other inconveniences in the future is to take advantage of our Mobile Service or Pick up and Delivery options. Both can be scheduled via Ford Pass or with our online scheduler via our website. In the meantime, we will ensure all of our Advisors review the Ford Guest Experience Guidelines to help us provide the best experience possible for all of our guests. We are always looking at ways to improve and hope to be able to serve you in a more efficient way that meets your expectations in the future.

      This is a zero. It is a shame you have to leave a star for those who deserve none. Zero should be an option for those deserving. I took my truck to be serviced a year ago. The locks on the driver side still did not work. I paid for that work. I took my truck back this year. Other issues and, still, the door locks. Some systemic problems with the F 150's they could not replicate. We all know the electrical in those 2 years was suspect. I was charged again to fix the locks. Driving that night, I found my window was rubbing and noticably slower on the up mode. I have been trying since 7/18 to get a response back from emails and voicemails. It's sad when you don't trust a "trusted" dealership. I'm not waiting like all the others who were beyond patient. I am trying my hardest to find out who their legal counsel is so I can just sue them. Willing to do the legwork so my legal bills are lower. Done with this place. Not one of those "change your rating" people. We have an entire company with vehicles that are Fords. I will make sure they do not go here for anything again. Just wanted my truck fixed.

      I took my truck to Miracle Ford after an accident in December 2020. As of today, December 2021 it is still not fixed! Because they completed the repairs per the insurance company the claim was closed. The insurance company told me that because at this point it is a workmanship issue I have to work it out with them. My entire back end grinds when you drive it, the shock towers are out of alignment. The weather striping has the original clips from before the accident so it keeps falling off. My back door rattles, the other side window wont roll down, the heated seat up front doesn't work. I have tried working it out with Emilio and Robert. Now I have to wait for who knows how long for a repair because Robert says they only have 4 loaner vehicles. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They expect you to tell them everything and for you to accept whatever you get. Horrible business practices. And good luck getting to anyone there who will actually help you. Seems they are all talk once their check is cut from the insurance agency.

      Now I know why it's called Miracle Ford! It's a miracle they are still open! I had to give this place 1 star just to get in and write a review! They get ZERO stars from me! So here is my situation. Shopping for car with sunroof none found with in my price range so I was told by John they can put one in well here it is almost 2 months later no sunroof with explanation can not put in sunroof so will cut me a check for difference, Guess what no check and no one is returning calls! Yep that would be you Charlie P****, John B***** & Mark *********! Do not recommend this place to know one and will be sharing my horrible experience with anyone who would like to listen!

      I am taking back my 5 star rating that I gave this dealership 4 months ago, all due to the fact that their service department inept. After purchasing 2 vehicles from this dealership within 2 months, and spending over $1,000 in their service department, you would think that they would want to take care of their customers but that is far from the truth. I bought a brand new F-150 from their in March, and spent around $1,700 for a bed liner, and a tonneau cover. Well the bed liner has a gigantic bubble in it, from where it has never laid down completely. I have been up to the service department 2 different times for this issue, has it been fixed? No, it's now July and it still has a bubble in it. The tonneau cover that I paid around $1200 for? It is literally falling apart, and I have been to the dealership 2 different times, the first time they told me they would give me some "special glue", to put it back together, they never gave it to me. 2 months later, after it is deteriorating even more, they told me that they would give me a call this week when the gentleman who makes "warranty decisions" got back from vacation. Well it is Friday at 5:00, have I gotten a call? **** no. The service department NEVER follows thru on ANYTHING! I feel at this point, I am treated like a number, and they got my money, so they have no reason to care. Here is my question, why would I have to wait for some guy to get back to "see" if it is under warranty???????? I PURCHASED THE COVER AND BED LINER IN APRIL, WHY WOULD THEY NOT BE UNDER WARRANTY!?!?!?!? After spending a total of $75k with Miracle within 2 months, I can tell that my business was not appreciated. Oh and don't even get me started on the Fender Flares that I had ordered for my truck...... I take my truck in to have them put on while I was getting my oil changed, makes sense right? Well after sitting there for 2 hours they give me the keys back and inform me that they didn't have enough time to complete it, and that I would have to come back at a later time....... it was 3:00PM when they told me that, they had my truck since 1:00PM, WHY DID I SIT THERE FOR OVER 2 HOURS WAITING!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! WHY DOES NO ONE IN THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT TAKE ANY ACCOUNTABILITY FOR ANYTHING????? NO ONE FOLLOWS UP!!!!! I WILL ALSO BE FILING A REPORT WITH FORD, ON THE COMPLETE DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THIS DEALERSHIP HAS!
