I had a challenging experience with an auto accident case handled by Ponce Law, and I want to share my thoughts. In December, while it was raining outside, I was involved in a rear-end collision off Briley Pkwy in Nashville. The accident happened during stop-and-go traffic when another driver wasn't paying attention. The stiffness from the accident started later that day, and by two days afterward, I couldn't even turn over in bed. Both of my hips were injured, and despite ongoing treatment, I still deal with prolonged pain. The aftermath of the accident forced me into early retirement, which was devastating.
