      My mom has gone here for years and recommended I take our dog. Whomever booked my appointment yesterday just added my pet onto my mom's account. I overheard multiple times the front worker Jennifer saying how they needed to get my paperwork back as they told me to fill it out. So I slipped out and sat it on the desk, because I could hear her. I informed her my dog isn't aggressive but is reactive before coming in. I could overhear her and our tech saying how I don't have an account and Jennifer saying since I am a "grown woman" i don't need to be on "mom's account". To which I poked my head out of the room and said I can hear this entire conversation and which she did not show any care and said "I know". & she "didn't mean for me to take it any kind of way." Spoke to the manager Adrienne immediately afterwards and she said "it was not meant that way". As she apparently overheard the entire conversation. Because it "wasn't meant rudely" they said they can make me my own account. Will never go back. I also overheard a staff member talking about a reactive dog (as I can hear my dog barking in the back). The least you could do is talk about me after we leave where we can't hear you. My dog is from a rescue and has a history of being abandoned by other owners. The tech did not show care to my dog being fearful. Our dog was frozen and he told our dog to come on and pulled on his leash to take him to the back for his shot. I see a lack of care, and responsibility for handling animals as well as customer service. I informed Jennifer that the conversation was inappropriate and the tech apologized for her. Adrienne (manager) showed zero care that her staff made a customer uncomfortable and however they "meant" their statements were uncalled for. They slapped an "im sorry you took it this way" and no responsibility for how they made this appointment uncomfortable for me and my pet. They showed no understanding for a fearful pet.
