The staff was very professional and kept me updated at all times

Everybody I delt with was very professional even though my contract was only for a roof repair-not a really big job for a big roofing company. Repair Estimator explained what was needed and recommended that an overall roof maintenance would be a good idea because the roof was more than ten years old. I agreed and signed a contract. From that time on contract management personnel kept be advised as to scheduling time frame. Contract Manager and repair crew arrived on schedule and ready to work. Contract Manager noticed that I had some damaged wood trim in the general area of the repair and advised that his crew could repair it-I agreed and signed a contract revision. Contract Manager kept me updated as the repair progressed and when it was completed. Everything looked really good to me. Cleanup after the job was excellent

Great company to work with. Follow-up from the beginning with estimate procedure to work -in-progress was continuous and explicit. We now have a beautiful new roof that even the neighbors are bragging about. We interviewed with 3 roofing companies. Indeed, we chose the right one! ...***** ******

From my first phone call to Watkins Construction Company to the completion of my metal roof repairs, I was not disappointed. The Watkins Construction Team explained everything that needed to be done, arrived and started working 10 minutes early. They were kind, efficient, and speedy. They cleaned up and left no debris of any kind behind. Pictures were taken of the before and after and forward to me for my records. After the completion they did a follow up call two days later to make sure I was happy with the service and to see if I had any questions or concerns. I am quite pleased with their service and I would highly recommend them.

My overall experience with Watkins Construction is an A +++! There was no debris flying all over the place. The had there own dump trucks and I did not have to worry about my lawn full of trash for garbage pickup. The entire staff were very cordial and professional. The on-site manager, ***** *****, was very cooperative, professional, and friendly. I was really impressed when he did a walk around upon completion of roof. He’s a keeper! (smile) Thank you again Watkins for a smooth transformation. Also, I really like my new roof.

Watkins had replaced my mother's roof twice (once for age, second following hurricane damage) while we lived in Orange Beach. Both times they did a great job and we were happy with the quality of work/products, the communication, and the clean-up afterwards. Given this experience, it was an easy decision to call them again for our current roof replacement in Fairhope, AL. This was a large, steep, roof with several complex areas and they handled it without any difficulties and did it in a single 12 hour day (had up to 16 people working on it simultaneously). They also replaced some metal roof panels on our 30x60 shop building. The only hiccups were related to rescheduling once due to weather and a materials glitch that was not directly their fault. Communication about these things was upfront, timely, and helpful. Easy to speak with an actual person (which you don't often see these days). I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Nervous at first. But after talking with gentlemen, that came out, who did my initial estimate things started to feel more comfortable. Then the other gentleman and his two crews that came out and put the roof on just put the icing on the cake. I could not be more pleased with the outcome from start to finish. they were very professional and very fast. Cleaned up the whole site and resecured my gates before they left. I received a call before they arrive. And about three calls while the project was being done giving me updates on everything which really made me feel more comfortable. Then I got a phone call when they were wrapping things up getting everything cleaned up and getting ready to leave my property. That in itself made things a lot better. No one that they cared enough about me as a customer to contact me and let me know how things was going as the project took place. You can’t find people like that much anymore. I have two other people who are very interested and I’m sure Watkins construction will be getting their business as well. Thank you for such a great job !!!!
