    I scheduled a service appointment on my car for 3/21/2023 and I waited nearly five hours. My appointment time was at 1:00pm and I got there at 12:45pm. ***** was my service advisor. I originally took my vehicle in for tire rotation, oil change and an alignment. With pinpoint inspection to make sure nothing was wrong with it before I took a trip with my child in the car. They said I had uneven wear on two tires so I went ahead and changed the two tires and breaks as well since they were in the yellow. The problem is when they put my car up on the alignment machine it apparently crashed and they couldn’t do the alignment, I asked ***** “well isn’t that going to mess up my tires driving with a bad alignment but good tires” he just smiled gave a little laugh and stated “yes but that will take about a week” so that irritated me. I went to two shops the next day which both said I didn’t need an alignment done on my vehicle. I called to speak with ***** but he was off work that day. So I called again on 3:23/23 to ask him why was I told the uneven wear was due to needing an alignment and told him I wanted another tech to look at the vehicle and he said ok. I took my car in and they give me a print out of my alignment and said that’s what was wrong. And now something that apparently two days prior they were fixing to repair on my car they no longer can?! So I once again took my vehicle elsewhere to be looked at and this time by a certified master mechanic who said the alignment isn’t the issue. But how is someone from this company going to state y’all can’t do and alignment on my vehicle but two days prior if it wasn’t for the machine crashing y’all would have?

    Received an email for a coupon offer for $25 off. Went and got the service done and then they didn’t accept my coupon saying there is fine print that is not on the email… then I called to speak with the manager who blew me off and said corporate sends the emails that I should call them. I called the number for corporate she gave me and they said she is not telling the truth, that the dealership sends the emails out themselves. Got the run around. It’s dishonest to send coupons to Lure customers in and then make up reasons not to honor it. But the worst part is nobody cared. Nobody made it right. The funniest part is that they said I would receive the coupon within 5 days. I just received it today. It’s like I complained and she figured she should go ahead and send it out before she got in trouble. I don’t know how they are still in business with their shady/false advertisement.
