    I recently had the unfortunate experience of dealing with Serve Pro, and I must say that I was thoroughly disappointed with their services. From start to finish, my encounter with them was marred by over-inflated charges, inadequate service, a lack of full transparency of charges, and inconsistent communication.First and foremost, the charges presented by Serve Pro were far beyond what I expected. They took advantage of the situation to significantly increase their prices. Not only were the prices exorbitant, but there was also a lack of transparency in explaining the breakdown of the charges. Additionally, the level of service provided by Serve Pro fell short of my expectations. The work performed was subpar and did not meet the standards I had hoped for. The technicians performed work in areas of the house where it was not needed and went into personnel spaces that I was not made aware of. They failed to place the contents back in there original space.It was evident that they were more focused on finishing the job quickly rather than ensuring a thorough and satisfactory outcome.This company claims to offer restoration services, take advantage of vulnerable individuals in times of distress.Also, overcharging is nothing short of unethical. Instead of providing honest and transparent services, Servpro preys on the vulnerability of customers, exploiting their desperation for profit. Servpro should be held accountable for their predatory tactics and urged to adopt fair and ethical practices.Lastly, the inconsistent communication from Serve Pro was incredibly frustrating. There were multiple instances where they failed to provide progress updates. Their lack of responsiveness/communication left me feeling neglected/undervalued as a customer.Overall, my experience with Serve Pro was far from satisfactory. I would caution others to carefully consider their options before choosing Serve Pro for their service needs.

    ****************** we hate to hear you feel you didn't receive the service you wanted. Unfortunately, as explained previously, we do not set our prices we use Xactimate (used by all national companies) that has prices set by location. The ******************* were sent over to your insurance company and they approved & paid the estimate prior to us beginning. We always make sure we receive approval before moving forward on our fire restoration jobs, to prevent any additional expenses on our customers. On the initial visit, test sponges (we have to use to provide proof to the insurance company) were used to show where the soot had affected. You were informed then that those locations were needing cleaning. We also provided you copies of all documents including the Xactimate estimate showing the charges line by line. You did address some concerns with our office, and those were addressed immediately by our staff and adjustments were made accordingly. You were satisfied with our quick response on taking care of your concerns (once brought to our attention), as you reflected in your Certificate of Satisfaction: Job Completion survey signed at the end of the job. ***The technicians performed work in areas of the house where it was not needed and went into personnel spaces that I was not made aware of. They failed to place the contents back in there original space. ** This is the first we are hearing of this concern/issue. Had this been brought to our attention immediately, we would have definitely taken care of this. Our office has spoken to you numerous times and this issue was never brought up to us. Unfortunately, in the beginning of the job, we had to reschedule due to emergency water jobs, and we apologized for the inconvenience of that. However, after that any time we (office) spoke to you and you had concerns, we made sure to address it immediately. We sincerely regret to hear that you were not satisfied with services performed. We do encourage our customers to reach out to us if they ever have any questions or concerns at any point during the restoration or reconstruction process, so we are able to address and correct while on site.
