              On March 26, 2022, I purchased a 2018 Ram pickup from Moore Brothers Auto in Oxford, Mississippi for $36,870. We were given a 90 day warranty. Approximately 12 days from the purchase date, the truck broke down. It has been an on-going issue since. Their attempts to repair the problems were never resolved. The truck has been in and out of their shop five times since the purchase date. I have only put 7,000 miles on the truck and now the piston has shot through the engine, causing complete engine failure. Although the 90 day warranty period has passed, I believe they should pay for another engine, since it was never repaired correctly to begin with.

              This business sold me a vehicle they were fully aware had problems. I took car to dealership for an estimate of repairs immediately and was told 4600.00 worth of work needed done. Dealer would not cancel sale even in the first couple days of purchase.
