    The Jetblack folks were quick and professional. On a windy fall day, I was called and asked about the potential for leaves getting trapped in the sealant and whether or not I wanted to proceed. This was a thoughtful and courteous question. I requested that he continue and he said he would do his best to keep everything clear which is a monumental task with all the trees I have. They did great! Driveway is perfect and no leaves were embedded. These guys are professional grade.

    We have had Jet Black rubber seal our cracks and coat the driveway on 3 or 4 occasions. We have always been very happy. The workers are very respectful of our property, keeping the black coating on the driveway only, not on any adjacent cement or our paver stone walkway. They have always come on the day we scheduled, We would highly recommend them to anyone.

    In the past jet black did a great job. This time they completed the job and it rained shortly after they finished. Now I have a couple large spots on my driveway. Clearly visible. Jet Black Claims that the driveway is perfect and will not come out to fix the large spots. Pictures were sent. Like I said in the past I've been extremely satisfied. This round I was ignored and eventually ghosted. Not happy with the outcome and they will not fix the large spots. They do not uphold their guarantee on their product. Very disappointed.
