We ordered 4 double-hung windows—nothing fancy, just white vinyl. The sales rep was great—straightforward and brief. He didn't put on the whole dog-and-pony show that other widow reps did (Window Nation I'm looking at you). Gave me a quote (lowest one I got I might add) without resorting to pricing gimmicks (like 'I'll knock of so many hundreds if you sign-up today and save me a trip back out here'). He was also upfront about timelines. The windows actually came in slightly ahead of schedule. The installer was quick and efficient and did a great job. The windows are quite nice—look good, work well. I particularly like a couple features (not unique to Window World, but absent from my Anderson windows)—child safety/security latches that can prevent the window from opening more than a few inches, and the half-window screens. Having a screen on half of the window allows for a security camera to be aimed out of the upper window without obstruction (screens can play havoc with the focus and image quality of cameras). The screens are moveable too, so if one wanted to open the upper sash rather than the lower one, the screen can be slid upwards preventing bugs from getting it.

I had four windows installed on 10/9/23 by Window World and I'm very happy with the windows, they look so nice in my Condo. I will have others done in the near future. My installer was Ben and he was very professional and I will ask for him next time to come back. Thank you Window World. Rose B.

We were very happy with Window World and would recommend them to our friends. Very professional and when I asked them to come out and repair one of the screens on the window, they came right away. We were very happy with the quality of the window and the reasonable price.

The salesman was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The installers were professional and worked diligently all day to remove and install a new bay window. However, the side windows only had a half screen so if you opened the top window bugs and bees could fly in. It is my opinion that if a window opens it should have a screen. After paying thousands for the bay window I had to pay an additional $160 to have Window World install full screens which should be standard on any window that opens.

Window world promised a high performance product, a manufactures lifetime warranty, AAMA and NERC certified, the good housekeeping seal. We signed the contract April 2021, and were told they would be installed no later than August of 2021. We gave a cashiers check for 1/2 the total payment. In September 2021, we received a call that the patio door was damaged and unsuitable to installed, along with other windows. October, 2021 the windows were ready to be installed, only to be canceled due to the installers being sick. Late October, old windows are taken out, exposing the inside of the house to all the elements. This is when the installers notice the new replacement windows have lots of damage, and it’s looks like the window were not new windows, they were faded and old looking with screens that sagged. The installers put some of the better windows in. The installers allerted Window world that the product is unacceptable. Window World reorders the damaged windows, and the new installers notice damage to the reordered windows. June 2022, we agree with window worlds manager to take a discount on the windows and try to piece together windows, to make it work. We did not want to wait another year for replacement windows. We were continually met with disappointment. The installers found the dining room window not restorable., and we would have to wait until September 2022, to reorder for the 3rd time, a replacement. October 2022 the dining room window was installed. On April 2023, a piece of the patio door, which was defective was ready to be installed. A window project done by Window World, that should have taken 2 days took two years. We exposed our house multiple times with openings to the elements, prepared our house to receive the windows, only to find a makeshift product .The quality of the windows are not what we were promised. Even after the discount was promised we still had to settle for much less than what Window World promised in thepurchase agreement.

We completely understand your feelings regarding your experience with us, Melinda. The products received from our manufacturer during that time were completely unacceptable. We will use your valuable feedback in a most positive way.

Thank you window World for your speedy response; however, I failed to mention in the review, that our family room window jams were measured wrong three times by window world, which also caused the delay in the project being finished.I feel it would be safe to say we have sacrificed enough, and we are finished with window world.

Pur sales rep and the installers were great! The pricing was what we were expecting when we bought our home with the intention to replace the windows. Sometimes it was tricky getting in touch with someone in the office. I work retail and can't have my phone on me, so it was frustrating playing phone tag. But work was able to be completed and they look great!

I had a great experience with Window World from beginning to end. They came out in the beginning to give me a quote and didn't play any of the games the other companies did with pricing and discounts. Very upfront on charges. The installer worked hard and was very professional. Cleaned up all messes and windows look great. The City Inspector said the best job he's seen yet.
