We purchased the Kinetico system for our new home & are very happy with the results. Before the system was installed, my husband tasted the water (in line filter was installed by plumber before we moved in); he dumped the water out because it was terrible. After the Kinetico system was installed & in line filter removed, water is great, ice is almost clear & we really enjoy drinking our water. We would recommend Kinetico to everyone! Great service & very professional.

Three weeks since new water softener and reverse osmosis system installed by Haferman Water and absolutely love the new system. It was bitterly cold the week before install and I thought there was something wrong with the regulator coming into the home because when running the basement shower, I didnt have water anywhere else. My old water softener was an 2006 ***** softener and the likely the cause of water pressure problem. After the new softener and reverse osmosis system was installed, the problem was resolved. I can now run both showers and dishwasher at the same time. In the 7 years I have lived in my home, Ive never had water pressure like this. The reverse osmosis system is wonderful, my ice maker now makes clear rather than cloudy cubes. It is so nice to be able to drink water from the faucet, good bye plastic water bottles! The install took about 3 hours and the technician explained how the system operated, as well as providing contact numbers if I had questions later. This system is so worth the cost and just wish I had installed a Kinetico water system years ago.
