Purchased 3 items from Christopher and Banks. Quality was not good so I wanted to return the items. They no longer include a return label but when I scanned the code and entered the order number and zip code said no order. Called C&B and was told there was no such order (as I hold the items in my hand) however, the system was updating. After about 3 calls, someone told me that because I checked out as a “guest” instead of logging into an account there was no such order. They were going to see if they could find a way to send me a return label. Never heard from them. Basically, cannot return the items. Previously, C&B had quality clothing and provided good customer service. Post pandemic, the quality of clothing has gone done hill and there is no customer service!. Would have rated them a “0” if I could.ShopHQ Response

1st time to purchase from this company and it will be my last. I purchased 1 item on February 15 or 16, 2024. I opted for the 6 value pay option. The item was returned to HQ 2 or 3 days after I received it. The item was received by HQ and I received a confirmation e-mail that item was received. About 4 days later, HQ charged my credit card for the 2nd payment. I know they charged a $7.95 for items returned. I reviewed my account and they have removed the additional 4 payments but I want my refund for 2nd payment. I have e-mailed customer service 2 times and still have not received any reply regarding my refund. Horrible customer service!ShopHQ Response

I received an e-mail from Customer Service and they said my refund was declined by my credit card company. Another refund was issued and I have received the credit on my card. Thank YouReview from Megan R

ShopHQ has the worst customer service. I returned two rings in July and expected to get a refund and have the value payments stopped. I noticed in Sept the value pays had indeed not stopped so I called to inquire why. I was told the return was rejected and I still owed the remaining 4 value payments. The lady told to check to my email but I had received nothing. She told me the rings would be returned to me. After waiting several weeks I called back and was told the rings were mailed back and I needed to wait longer. I called multiple times and each time was told the rings were being sent back to me. I requested to speak to a supervisor each time and denied or told one would call me. In Nov I did have a superior call at random and leave a bum stating they were a supervisor but left no other details on how to call back.I called repeatedly and each time told the rings were being sent back to me and all additional requests to speak with a supervisor were denied. I called back Jan 4th and was told the rings had been sent back to me and that I needed to pay for return shipping so they charged my cc on file. I called back the first of Feb to again get the status was told that although they charged me for return shipping they destroyed the rings and there was nothing they would do except refund me the shipping cost. I again asked to speak with a supervisor and they declined. The shipping was refunded but I am still out the $386 for the rings. I emailed their CS and after a few days they responded and said the return was late, the rings were destroyed and they would only refund me the $18 for shipping and again no supervisor would contact me. ShopHQ stole my money and committed fraud by having their staff lie about the status of returning the rings. I caution anyone from buying from HQ. I have never experienced such unethical practices and outright lying with no ability to speak with a manager to properly resolve a situation. Buyers beware, they steal & lie.Review from Rosanne A

I just cancelled 2 subscriptions and will never ever order from this company again!! One of the worst customer service experiences I've had and that's saying a lot since I order a lot online as well as from much bigger shopping networks (QVC and HSN). Tried to get a return label for 1 item and was informed they couldn't since I needed to get product to KY from CA in 3 days to meet return deadline of 1/18. I was told by CS I can pay expedited fees (FED EX) to get it there sooner to return! I sure hope the ******* and Danny *** endorsed product (who I had my subscriptions with) decide to sell their products elsewhere. Had they heard the call I was on they would be deeply disappointed! BTW don't even want to give them a 1 star but had to in order for review to show.Review from Dominika W

I ordered a serum from isomers skincare, it was an anniversary kit with shipping it cost 185 dollars, package was sent out but i never received it(it was my third time ordering from them and i previously didn't have a problem with receiving the packages they were always delivered to me). i contacted customer service they told me that package was "delivered" and nothing could b done, i asked to speak to a supervisor i was denied my request and the person on the phone became gradually louder with me. i am very disappointed and i won't b doing any more shopping with shophq. I have also reached out to isomers skincare, i left feedback on trustpilot, BBB and im filing a claim with paypal.ShopHQ Response

shopHq took my money ! I never got the product!! They are just not talking about my order to me! As a hearing impaired person the csa agents are rude, inadequate & do not solve the problem! I just want my product! They delivered it to the wrong address but charged my card for the product! I can't recommend or do further business with a ShopHQ! I had ordered watch and returned two weeks after receiving called to confirm that received return and receipt of watch,they said they will not charge my account anymore and they have and have not refunded my money,different answers every time,totally dishonest,will be filing police report.ggReview from Christina c

here i go for everyone... i placed a order for 1 thomas kincaid art print though our Paypal i waited a few days for a email to give me tracking never happened..i emailed shophq a total of32 times fromnovember9th 2023 to november 29th 2023 they got their monies..of course.... i even cancelled and one email they decide to answer said cannot cancel because its in transit? what the.... i mean 32 times over and over again i had to contact our Paypal to get them involved the art print arrived on november 29th 2023 and we took it straight to our post office for a return the reason for this was for my spirit but they ruined it all so was not going to keep it and they had no excuses as why no tracking or emails to tell me they were sorry at all.. they take yourmoney..they smile on tv..and then they leave you high and dry i am still in getting our monies back due to this and it has taken its toll on my health my anxiety is sky high as a retired 64 year old woman who ordered in good faith and this happens to me so i feel that Shophq needs to be called out on this and they need to be transparent and stand by their items they have offered nothing so Paypal will have them pay we also had to pay 17.65 for the return postage i mean can you believe that? cmon now shophq ..really> i sen them thereceipt and still nothing dont fall for their bull because you too will be where we are sad hurt and teed off and its the holidays SHAME on SHOPHQ!!Review from Barbara S

I purchased a 90 day supply of SeroVital. They guaranteed a 90 day return if I was unhappy. Not only did it not work the boxes were short several packages of the product. I sent it back 7 days before the 90 days was up. They admitted to receiving my return but are denying my refund. I feel like I've been scamed!
