      We became a customer for internet service in April 2024 but we requested a service hookup last year. We were told because of the fiber optic construction, they couldn't connect our house. When we got a technician to come over in April he said that we could have had internet through coaxial cable which is in the house but Arvig never told us that. Then the technician said on the work order, we were offered 50% off on our first 3 months of service, the first bill came up to the full service price so Arvig lied and didn't go by their word. Once Midco comes through our town we'll be switching.

      Internet is currently at 6.95 mbps. Currently get up to 30 is what the tech said when he was here the last time. Only my phone and one tv can run at the moment. Just want them to hurry out with the internet install once again cuz this is ridiculous!!

      I thought it was against the law to have a monopoly, why is Arvig the only tv and internet service in the Perham Mn area.

      Have no issues with wifi. Live in Ottertail, MN. Always great service when I have a question. Upon moving in they sent out a crew to place a temp line. The crew came out on one of the coldest days, were quick to get installed, professional and answered any questions we had.

      We were forced to become Arvig customers when they purchased the ALP internet division in Alexandria. At first all was good, then things started having trouble. We experienced several outages with extended back and forth with tech support. They finally sent out a tech, Brian. He is honestly the best thing about Arvig. In fact, he knows we have had trouble so he stops in when he is in the area just to be sure we are still good to go. I appreciate his pride in his job and his aptitude in getting things going when they have broken. Upon his recommendation Arvig recently updated our infrastructure with new equipment. I am hopeful that our internet works flawlessly with these changes. Overall grading? Tech support: -5 stars. Brian in repair: +5 stars. Net rating right now I have to go with three stars. Improve your tech support, Arvig. Perhaps Brian can give them pointers on customer care.

      A rodent chewed through our fiber so internet went down on Sunday technician came on Monday did what he could do and the splicer had to come to splice it back together and he came right away!!!! Good guys excellent customer service!!!! Thank you so much

      This is honestly embarrassing to have this terrible of service. $180+ a month for “high speed” internet and live streaming, with rising rates. We lose connection constantly and live right in town. Arvig has to be one of the biggest jokes of an internet provider… seriously need to to figure it out this is almost as bad as the dial up we had 20 years ago. And this is coming from a long time customer. Such a waste of money. Do better for the people you provide to

      We are seasonal customers in the Bigfork, MN area and have only GREAT things to say about the service and ease of installation - despite being located on an island!! The installers are personable and efficient.
