              I was supposed to have my garbage can exchanged with a smaller one last Friday, but they never did. Not a big deal, but calling in today and talking with ***** was horrible. She must be having a bad day. Please dont employ people like her, or give her a mental health day. Its not my fault my cans didnt get swapped. I dont take notes of who I speak with when I call in, it normally isnt an issue with you guys, I normally am impressed by the customer **********************.

              My January recycling was not picked up due to trucks parked in our cul de sac. When questioned about it I was told I would have to pay $30 to have them come get it the next day! I will not be paying this unwarranted fee, I pay monthly to have service for recycling and it was no fault of my own they couldn't get through. I'll try corporate next, not happy at all. This is not good customer service in any way, shape or form! En guard, Dick's, you don't know who you've pissed off this time! We'll see if they can get their 100 % promise of satisfaction statement fulfilled or not. My line in the sand is already drawn and I will not back down.....
