              Worst possible experience. This business is short on knowledgeable technicians to service geothermal systems. At the date of righting this review I have been with out heating or cooling in my home for 6 weeks. This first visit there was three service men and they turned off the wrong breaker. Instead of turning off the power to the geothermal they turned off my hot water. There were multiple instants of misinformation being given to me. The owner would not call me back and took no responsibility for the mistakes made by his company. The geo thermal unit is produced in state. After doing some checking i found that the parts needed were all on hand at the manufacture's facility. The time and trips it took to diagnose the problem was far too long and took too many trips. This is the worst service I have ever heard of and the owner is arrogant and rude. I will never do business with this company again. This review is to hopefully prevent others from making the mistake of using them for anything.
