I didn't get anything for my 800 bids, I don't want to say anything, just give me my money back.

DealDash is an on-line auction that requires you to review and understand the process. It is not an online game. The ads for Deal Dash are from 2021 & 2022 -you go to their site & they only offer cheap junk- you will not find camera’s, iDs or anything represented in the 2024 ads. This is False advertising!

Beware. Stay away from this place. I somehow fell into the trap that is DealDash. I spent over $1200 of my own money buying bids to try and win an Xbox Series X and home theater system package that DealDash had valued at $2480. I assumed it would be a deal to get these things for a much lower price than their supposed value, especially considering I really wanted the Xbox. Boy was I blinded by how much I wanted it and how much I thought I could save if I got it on DealDash. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Upon later research after I had racked up over 6700 bids and still lost, I discovered that the home theater system in the package is grossly over priced. I couldn’t even find this system at major retailers like Best Buy, Walmart, or even Amazon. Other home theater systems just like the one on DealDash were at these retailers for much much lower prices and better known name brands. There also wasn’t a ton of information online about the home theater system or the brand and the one and only website was questionable at best. This package should have been valued at $1500-$1800 at most. Instead it was inflated to $2480 for a $499 Xbox and $1981 home theater system. $1981 for a soundbar and wireless subwoofer. I was so stupid. I should’ve realized this sooner but I was fooled. Bottom line, don’t get swept up in the allure of a promise of great items at low prices. They don’t tell you how much you actually have to spend on bids just to BE ABLE to “win” these things. At the end of the day it’s not worth it. What you’ll spend on bids is what you could just go ahead and use that money to spend on getting the thing you wanted because by the time you’re done bidding, you’d probably have paid for what you wanted and then some. Just like I did. I just really wanted a $499 Xbox but ended up spending over $1200 altogether to not win a thing. Just lost a lot of money for no return. I’d rather sports bet. Absolutely 100% not worth it. Learn the lesson from me. Save your money!!

I have been with Deal Dash since 2011 and love it! I have had only positive experiences with the company. You spend whatever amount of money you want to buy bids and then bid on whatever items you want to bid on. You can also bid on bid packages to gain more bids. As long as you are patient, and pay attention to how the other people are bidding, you can win some amazing items! The items are always shipped quickly and packed very well. If something arrives damaged, which is very rare, it is immediately replaced without having to return the broken one. The customer service is better than any I have ever dealt with. When you win an item, you have a certain number of days to pay for it. When my sister died, I missed that window and emailed customer service and explained and asked if I could still purchase my win. Not only did they allow me to purchase it outside of the window, but the next day I received a beautiful bouquet of sympathy flowers from Deal Dash with a sympathy card for the loss of my sister! Their customer service is the best I have ever had. For those reviews that say they take your money, they are wrong. They NEVER take your money. YOU decide what you want to spend on bids and how YOU use those bids. They also will give you extra bids if you have a problem with a bidding issue. I enjoy spending my relaxing time playing Deal Dash and over the years have won several items that we have enjoyed using and gifting, I have recommended Deal Dash to numerous friends and family members. If you are on a fixed budget you don't want to spend you money on this game. But if you have some extra fun money, I urge you to give it a try. You will find yourself really enjoying yourself. If you look one day and don't find something you want, then just wait until the next day and new stuff will be there. Have fun.
