I recently had an experience at Motorwerks BMW that exceeded all my expectations. A communication misunderstanding arose between the salesman and myself, but I want to emphasize that I don’t place blame on the salesman—mistakes happen. I was initially apprehensive, expecting the worst possible outcome. However, Sonny, the sales manager, patiently worked with me. He investigated the situation thoroughly and turned what seemed like lemons into lemonade. The team at Motorwerks BMW corrected the problem in a highly professional manner, leaving me truly appreciative. Not only did they resolve the issue, but they also took care of me exceptionally well. In today’s world, dealing with someone you’d confidently recommend to friends and family is incredibly satisfying. Beware buying a newer BMW vehicle-if you have an accident and need repair -you may be caught between your insurance company’s out dated 30 day limit on a loaner and BMW-saying no replacement parts are available on new vehicles for up to a year. As a single woman, who recently lost her job, this leaves me with $900 per month for the lowest cost car rental, plus payment of my BMW car payment =$1350/ month with no end in sight. It’s a BMW issue and they won’t provide a loaner, nor have they offered to pay my rental costs while awaiting the part and repair. I wish I’d purchased a Suburu Outback or an American made product instead of spending so much on a luxury car, I can’t get repaired. I was promised action and called them back. No status update in several days. I’ve been without my car for about 5 weeks now. I’d rather return the car and get my money back. It’s not an isolated incident. Master Collision Repair told me someone with an X5 just had to buy another car because BMW said his part’s earliest availability isn’t until September!!! BMW won’t even take a part off a new vehicle to support their current customers. Not a fan of BMW Sakes and Service nor Safeco/Liberty Insurance’s loaner policy anymore!

Filing a complaint for ********* work in *********** *********. I received a 59 dollar visit gift card to use towards my oil change. Im here at the service center getting an oil change and now theyre telling me that I cant use the 50 dollars **** card towards my bill. It states no where on the card that it cant be used for oil change. The manage ************* states because the oil change is already a low price. I come here to get oil change all the time and the oil change is always ***** plus tax therefore, Im not understanding why I cant use it towards my balance. I called and ask the person on the phone cab the card be used towards my oil change and she said yes. Thats why I scheduled the oil change appointment.

My daughter took her car in to get her high beams replaced. They told her that they were ***** type bulbs and a require a more involved process of replacing. $500 for the bulbs and $600 labor. Took to another repair shop, ********** New Brighton, and were told they were normal bulbs and swapped them out as we waited. 30 minutes and $60 later we were on our way. Will never take another vehicle to these a******* Would give them zeros stars if the software allowed.
