On November 20, 2023 I purchased a vehicle from Luther Brookdale Jeep. Upon inspection of the vehicle the following was found: 1. Rusted Door hinges with bubbled paint due to interior and exterior rust/corrosion on and beneath the factory paint.2. Rust bubbles on doors near and around the door hinges beneath factory paint. Luther Jeep informed me that they would repair these items at no cost to me as part of the purchase agreement and sale. I was told to make an appointment and bring the vehicle to their service center so the vehicle could be viewed and documented by the autobody shop technician for work approval. I did this in December of 2023. I have contacted the service department 2 times, my salesperson 1 time, and the Luther autobody shop 1 time. The contacts were all made in January and February of 2024. All those who have been contacted by me have said they would get back to me with an update and/or repair time. No one has contacted me. I purchased the vehcile (a 2020 Jeep Wrangler) with the understanding that the vehicle would be repaired as part of the purchase agreement. It has now been 5 months since the purchase and I cannot get anyone at the dealership to give me answers to this problem let alone repair it. I believe that I have given the dealership an adequate amount of time to correct and repair the problem. I would like to have the vehicle repaired as agreed upon and done within a month. While the vehicle is being repaired, i should get a loaner at no cost to me. The loaner needs a trailer hitch.
