            I reserved a room at the red roof inn in Plymouth Minnesota and upon arriving I was told the room I reserved wasn't available and I had to choose a more expensive room. That seemed strange to me as the point of making a reservation is to put the room you choose on hold until your arrival. So I will need up having to pay for a more expensive room than I put on reservation. Upon checking out I was notified that they found a can with cigarette butts in the garbage and that I would be charged an extra $250 for my room. I notified them that I threw the can I used to smoke outside in the garage and was told it doesn't matter if I smoked in the he room or not I'm still being charged the extra $250.00... Upon making a complaint with red roof inn on their 1-800 number I received an email saying since the birds were in the garbage I was being charged with damages to the room. So at this stage I've been charged nearly $400 for a one night stay at the motel because I threw my butts in the garbage.

            Shady and the guys in front all they want is the deposit. I got evicted for having guests. Called guest services and asked about guest rules. He explained and 5 min later called back and said we needed to leave. It’s a shady organization. * **** **** **** ***** ***** **** ***** **** *** there is always police and detectives patrolling and watching the building. DONT STAY HERE even in a zombie apocalypse.
