              I sent $220.00 to Dakota Monument, *****, **** on November 19,2021 to have my grandfather, ************************* headstone reset on its base. I understand they could not do it during winter months so I waited until warmer weather to have them reset headstone as well as to epoxy picture of ****** back in its cavity. I was told it was going to be done before the end of July. Then I was told it would take 2 people to reset it. When that did not get done and I did not receive confirmation of it , I again contacted the and said if they were not going to do it, I wanted them to refund my money. Was again in contact with them as early as the beginning of the week .Was told they would refund my money. As of today, August 10, 2022, I have not received my refund. Thank you for your time. ***********************
