            We purchased a new outdoor furnace in November last year (2022) and have been having problems getting it to stay lit. The fire keeps going out even though theres plenty of wood in it. Several days we have woken to no heat because of the fire being out. We have kept it clean as recommended even after only having it for 2 months and it hasnt been working all that time.We have made repeated calls to the installer and have tried all that he said we should do to fix the problem but nothing has worked. We asked him to come fix it but he hasnt. We either want it fixed or our money back.

            I purchased an Out door wood boiler , manufactured by Central boiler . Model CE750 ser# ****** its has serious design faults , and the manufacturer has no interest in customer service. Called their help line . Nobody was interested. The problem, Centres around the heat exchanger, it plugs up with creosote , and the difficulty in cleaning , so difficult in fact , its unusable . The following years model was updated to resolve the issues , called to see if they had a buyback or trade up program? Nothing not willing to help. The unit sits on my lawn dormant. $30K invested . Disappointed doesnt begin to describe how I feel . Buyer beware . ****
