Poor customer services, not following through with completing project, workers could not understand English and the lead worker who spoke English was not on site for the duration of the project completion. Had difficulties setting up appointments to complete the tasks, had few cancellations due to materials being stolen, roof installers were busy, and installers were unprofessional and disrespectful. Roof installers did not clean up after their work was done, had to be informed what to protect around the house so the sidings, vegetation and driveway would not be damaged by roof debris. Full dumpster was left on the property blocking the garage for two days. Damage was made to house sidings, trees and bushes around the house. House owner (myself) had to check on their project and ensure the task is completed correctly due to not having a lead worker or supervisor on site. Very dissatisfied with the estimate process, work completion and billing issues. Do not recommend Perrault Constructions to preform roofing and other house construction projects. Thank You.
