            0 stars, the company does shoddy work that breaks in a year and then charges you $130 to come tighten 2 bolts that they screwed incorrectly into a bottom side of a board all while never telling you the cost that they will hit you with after tightening 2 bolts its down right criminal, terrible company, terrible service.

            This customer called to schedule a repair because the opener nose was pulling out of the wall. We accommodated his work schedule and arrived after 5:00 pm. The opener was originally installed by us and installed correctly in November 2019 not 1 year ago as stated by the customer. Also we did not just tighten the original bolts as the customer stated. We installed new lags to secure the opener nose because over the last 4 years the board behind the opener nose had cracked and that's why it was pulling out of the wall. This was a chargeable service call not a shoddy installation or warranty issue. We did apologize to the customer if he was not told how much a service call would be before we arrived. This customers statements are incorrect.
