      They want to increase my monthly payment by 3 times what I was paying yet the payout will be the same. if this is not a scam bad *** deal I don't know what is. The excuse they're giving me is that the cost of insurance has went up. therefore somehow if I don't increase my monthly payment amount by 3 times what I normally paid then I would lose the coverage. I've been paying this God awful company back when it was reliastar since 1987. Only for them to stick me with a terrible deal at the end. If they had shame they should be ashamed of it. If you care about yourself your time your money and your family don't you ever sign up with Voya anything.

      They are awful. I do not recommend them to anyone. They do everything they can to prevent you from moving YOUR 401k retirement money out into a rollover *** or ***************. I tried to create a Voya *** online and completed the entire process, which took over an hour and a half. Got an email that the Voya *** was being reviewed. Called a week later, and was told they are still reviewing. I finally (weeks later) got a call saying they can't open up my Voya ***. Then was told that someone would call me to discuss my options. Then get an advisor that calls me, and tells me that it is their policy that you must first meet with a person over the phone to discuss your account policy and restrictions. I had to set up another 30 minutes to go over my account policy. All they are doing is trying to keep assets by making is extremely difficult to move YOUR 401k assets. All that means is that they put as much friction into the "outflow" of funds as possible. The people on the phones were nice, the issue is the corporate policies are completely unhelpful to the customer. I would stay away from this company. There are so many other options out there. And I'm not the only one. Go look online for the real reviews of Voya, and you will see they are all around a 1 out of 5. Buyer beware.

      Voya does not want to give out your money. My company was bought out and we transitioned to a new 401K provider. ****, then took 19 months to finally start rollover distributions for a couple hundred people. For 19 months we heard nothing but excuses from ****...they once told us they have 12 months to get close out the account, they told us we have to wait for them to complete their year end taxes, etc.The reviews all over the internet are the same. Its a major pain to get money out. Doesn't matter if you are doing a rollover, a distribution, or a loan. The company will drag its feet and give one excuse after another so long as it doesn't have to actually give you your money!!!

      Voya accident is horrible. I had an accident on the morning of **** and was found incoherent 12 hours later. I was transported by EMS to a trauma center. **** has denied my accident claim. I plan on filing additional complaints in my state against this company and terminating my accident insurance at the end of the year. I will also tell others they should consider the same. I plan on also letting my ************************** know about my issue with **** and how they dont want to stand behind their service but take the money from employees who sign up for the service.

      Illiterates works here! I had such a difficult time transferring an employee sponsered *** account over to an existing vanguard. All the more reasons why I would NEVER have my finances with voya. Train your staff to be competent and not waste peoples time. They kept adding new clauses to information I already submitted over 6 times!!!!

      VOYA DOESNT DESERVE 1 STAR, MY MOTHER PASSED AWAY ON 01/26/2022 AND MY FATHER IS STILL WAITING FOR MY MOTHER'S 401K,HE IS THE BENEFICIARY. EVERY TIME WE CALL THEY CANT GIVE US AN ANSWER TO WHY MY FATHER HASNT RECEIVED THE CHECK. THE *** NEEDS TO EDUCATE HIS EMPLOYEES ON BETTER SERVICE.

      If 0 stars is available i would give none. They are the worst customer service I have every dealt with. They do everything in their power not to give you your own money. One employee tells you one thing another tells you something completely different. ISNT THERE SOPS AND POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TAUGHT TO YOUR PEOPLE. IM SICK OF GETTING THE RUN AROUND AND YOU CANT TELL YOUR HEAD FROM YOUR ****. STOP S******* WITH PEOPLES HARD EARNED MONEY. NEVER INVEST IN THIS COMPANY. YOUR BETTER OPENING A HIGH INTEREST SAVINGS THEN DEALING WITH THE **** THIS PLACE PULL

      I am having the absolute worst, hardest time rolling over my 401K from a previous employer. Not only was money taken from my account to perform the transfer, but you cannot digitally sign documents and have to physically print and sign to then send back in order for the rollover to begin. This is so behind the times to me and I am extremely frustrated as I feel like I am losing money by not being able to contribute. This process has been going on for well over a month. Their customer service was of no help in this process either, just making it even worse. I would not recommend using this service and unfortunately had no choice per my previous employer.

      I have tried to rollover my 401k from a previous employer that had Vanguard. I sent in all the required documentation. Voya said they were not able to complete the rollover and sent back the documents. Worst part is that they lost a document from Vanguard. They will not respond to my emails and calling in is useless. Just a completely inept company.
