      I am a senior senior citizen. I purchased a samsung galaxy s24 ultra 256 (Unlocked) The phone was not unlocked. I spent 5 hours going from T Mobile, then Samsung Experience Store @630 old country road, new york and then back to Best Buy in Levittown, NY manager, Jimmy H. I was on the chat for an hour. I spoke with Sureya and the supervisor Mubeen. I should be compensated for my time and cost in regard to Best Buy's mistake. Best buy charges the customer for any kind of help,therefore: they should compensate, give a discount to the customer when they have caused inconvenience, and monetary expenses. I had to pay to be transported to all the stores. I am a senior senior with a disabled husband who is a veteran.

      I bought a refurbished geek squad certified MacBook Pro from Best Buy; it was ordered only by one of the agents at the Flushing NY location. The item was shipped to me and received 6 days later. When the item arrived and I attempted to setup it was locked to someone else’s iCloud. I contacted BestBuy and was told to bring it to the store. I immediately did and when I got there the first agent said “well there’s nothing I can do” Another agent came up to her and asked if he could help. He informed me that he was going to try to reinstall the software. I was in the store for almost 2 hours to be told it cannot be done and there’s nothing they can do. In all the time I was waiting they were laughing among themselves and pointing to my receipt and saying “oh it’s not even new, she bought a refurbished item” I told her I knew what I ordered. Eventually they told me they will refund the item and called another agent. He came over and did not even apologize for the inconvenience. He just said the same nasty statement of it’s refurbished. I felt discriminated against by these agents as I wa made to feel less than. I will never buy another item from Best Buy and will be contacting their corporate office

      Worst service ever they cancel my warranty after 90 days and now my dishwasher is in need of repair or replacement im never going to Best Buy again i bought all of my appliances from them no more going to Home Depot from now on Warranty is not to expire until NOVEMBER of 2024 NOT 2022 then they say a manager will call Got the call and there’s not a damn thing they can do about it because I don’t have that stupid geek squad thing anymore. I paid for a two-year warranty that should be enough validation not this stupid membership shit I’m never buying anything at Best Buy again. I’m going to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on.

      I bought a j7 roomba Best Buy will only give you 15 days to exchange or return. iRobot only gives you a year. I had this for two years and they want me to spend more money after spending 500.00 for the robot that cleans every 3 days. I will never buy another thing at Best Buy has I had spent thousands of dollars there. Never again.

      Horrible customer service. Unreliable support. Reneging on promises. Rude and incompetent staff. Was informed that installation would be done on a particular day at home. This was told specifically to them before I even purchased the product as I would be leaving the country and it had to be installed before a certain date. Just 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, they called and canceled it without any explanation without any recourse and, they said very rudely that if you don’t like it, just send the product back.

      Tried to call multiple stores to help me out with a new phone. All store numbers link to a call center in India. The phone representatives are very difficult to understand and lack listening stills. I had to repeat myself multiple times. The overall company would rather outsource an entire call center than to create hundreds of jobs for Americans.

      I purchased a 5 year warranty on a washer and dryer combo from Best Buy. The machine has been serviced 4 times since purchasing it. The repair people are friendly and top notch, the warranty is of no use if they will not replace the product after so many breakdowns. I finally asked to be reimbursed for the $8 dollars a machine that I've had to pay for, or at least a gift card, I was told" Unfortunately they are not able to do that." So I guess when my warranty expires, I'm stuck with I pile of junk. I will not purchase any large items again from this company

      BestBuy delivered a damaged refrigerator to me on 9/14/24. The delivery man called his contact and put me on the phone with her. Her name was Lorrett and she told me that we can keep the damaged one and they would replace it with a new one when I call them on Monday. I called and was on hold for 2 hrs and hung up on. I did a live chat and was told that they won't have a replacement until January 2025. I tried to find another model that was close in size and that won't be available until January 2025. The best they could do was me keep the fridge and they give me a BestBuy gift card (I don't think so). I told them to come and get the fridge and I ordered a different one from Lowes. It is coming on Wednesday. Best Buy delivered a damaged refrigerator and it would seem that they knew it was damaged because the box had to have been, and the men opened the box in a hurry and then told me that sometimes damage happens and that is just how it is??? Be aware that their customer service is horrible and they tried to take advantage of a senior citizen. Beware! They won't credit my card until one full credit cycle!

      This is for the Best Buy in Del City Oklahoma Lexie is manager of this store and is very unprofessional. never ever ask for her. Don't go to this store Bought a product and it didn't work in my computer. Scheduled to have it installed it was after the 14-day return policy. After getting the device they told me they could not mirror match it and could not install it in my device. It took me a while to get my own device and look up how to do it myself and I was told after coming back and learning that it was defective they would not take it back. After trying to explain my problems she kept telling me not to interrupt her. Don't go to this store
