    I would give no stars if I could. I was quoted 50% less than I was charged. When I questioned this I was told my quote that I had signed was not an actual quote. I was told throughout planning of my project that the first hour was $199 and then $150 an hour there after - this was on my quote as well. I was never told my job would require two men, only one. I was told my job would take about a half hour a light. The owner called me to explain the charges and said I am being charged for an hour a light. They are non transparent liars. They take advantage of young women thinking we are clueless and not following their own generated contract. The owner and the employees words do match each other or the paperwork I was required to sign. This company will scam you and no paperwork that is signed is honored on their part. They also told me they do not do quotes because that is a waste of their time so my quote was not a real quote per owner *******************. I am beyond disappointed and feel robbed and taken advantage of 100%!! I would NEVER RECOMMEND THEM OR GIVE THEM A SECOND CHANCE at business with me or anyone I know. The owner told me his employees make $70 an hour and have great health care so he cannot lose money on my job. This miscommunication aka lies from the company should NOT fall on the victim, their unfortunate customer.

    ******** - I am sorry you felt the need to write such a poor review of our company, especially after we gave you over $400 off of your bill, as well as reduced hourly rates. We were baffled when we saw this review. As you know (per the *************** agreement that you signed), we do not provide onsite quotes most of the time as we are able to complete most of our daily projects on Time and Material, which ends up working better for our customers. When we speak to a customer on the phone, we give our best estimate of how long they can expect something to take. This is taking into account the information that is given to us. This is very clearly communicated in those first phone calls, as well as in our Time and Material agreement (not quote) that you acknowledged. We in fact have never scammed, nor taken advantage of, anyone. To hire a company, accept a large cash discount, hire us a second time, and then call us liars and turn around and post a review such as this is only a reflection on you as the customer. Our priorities lie here - - to be the most helpful we can be in all aspects of what we do, from Field to Office.... and to make sure that safety and customer service is a top priority on every jobsite. Our team is honest, hard-working, and extremely knowledgeable in all that we do. The young women in our office would very much disagree with your accusation that we "take advantage of young women". We apologize that even after approving us to come out based on all of this information that you were communicated, that you were still unhappy enough to leave this unfortunate review. We try to please 100% of our customers, but unfortunately that is not always the case. Our Vice President has emailed you as well if you'd like to further remedy this. Thank you.

    First of all, I wrote my review prior to receiving any discount. Go ahead and take a moment to excuse yourself for that false accusation. Second as a homeowner I feel it to be extremely important to review this service experience I have had with your company. As I strongly take into account reviews by others on services and goods as well. Other potential customers need to be aware of the lack of transparency and the questions to ask, as ONeill has not been transparent and you have gone back on the terms and agreement form. You may want to start recording phone calls as I was given information that was misleading about how this would be charged and handled. Also, it has been admitted to me by owner ***************************** himself that communication on their end was initially off as he was not even aware of the second project I had scheduled. (He didnt realize both projects corresponded to me being the same homeowner for both.) As I tried to explain to you guys prior to any BBB reviews I was given different information prior to the completion of this project. I tried to communicate my disappointment and where I was looking for improvement. Make is ******* clear that no quotes are provided up front. Take the numbers off of the terms and agreement form if those numbers are not something you plan to honor. Ensure clear communication amongst all of your employees. At least mention verbally based on the handful of pictures I provided that a second man may be coming to get the job done. I had you guys come back for a ************** before I realized the misinformation you had initially given to me, because your men on the job site were so fabulous and fantastic. Its a shame the backend doesnt quite operate the same. Please do not email me at my personal email telling me you would like to remedy this so it doesn't have to be on BBB. This is my experience as your dissatisfied customer and I will not be silenced and will not be communicating using my personal email with you. The transaction is done as well as the potential for any future business from me. My advice to you at this time would be to take a poor customer review and learn from it so you dont lose more money and business.
