They sold me a defective tire. It will not balance out properly on a Hunter road balance machine. I have never dealt with worse customer service in my life. I reached out to them and the only option they gave me was to send the tire back, wait 45-60 days to find out if it can be warrantied, and pay for shipping each way. I understand that its the procedure of the manufacturer, but I still need BB wheels to make this right for me. This does not work for me because the tire is on the car, and I need the car to go to work. They stopped answering me via email. I should not be inconvenienced in any way, or need to pay because of being sold a defective item. I want a refund for the tire for all the frustration. I'm not asking for much here. I will buy the new tire somewhere else.BB Wheels Response

Were sorry for any inconvenience and would like to help resolve the issue. As stated, the determination of a warranty claim is 100% at the discretion of the manufacturer based upon their policies. If you would still like to have this sent in for warranty inspection this option is still available to you. If your product qualifies for a warranty replacement, you are only eligible for a replacement of the same product or similar product of equal or lesser value than your original purchase. Shipping costs and price differences from the time of original purchase to the time of warranty replacement may apply, and must be paid before fulfillment can occur. Please reach out to our Customer Service team to help get this process completed.

The wheel was $500 and the shipping fees are $300 for one wheel. A Veteran discount on shipping fees would be nice.BB Wheels Response
