I wish I could give Precise Exteriors 10 stars. We called them after a hailstorm caused damage to our roof, gutters, and siding. They advocated for us in the insurance claims process to ensure we received everything we were entitled to and put in extra time on several occasions to make sure we understood our options and explain exactly what we were paying for. When their roofing team uncovered preexisting damage under our shingles, they went above and beyond to cure the issue, working with our local building inspector and insurer to avoid what could have been a huge out of pocket cost. The work they completed at the end of all this was extremely high quality. Shout out to DJ and Doug for providing us the best customer service we have ever experienced.

I had a hail damage claim through my insurance company and hired precision exteriors because my neighbor had just had a roofing job done by them. The entire process from start to finish has been a breeze. They handled all of the paperwork and the details of the job so professionally that I decided to hire them for an out of pocket project as well. I can't say enough about our experience with Precise Exteriors. Doug, DJ and their team are top notch and great about communicating the entire process. We initially started out contacting them for a window install and while Doug was out doing the review of our windows he pointed out damage we had to our garage shingles. Doug and DJ walked us through the entire process of filing an insurance claim step by step and stayed in contact with our adjuster as well for an all around smooth process. The install crew for the shingles also did a great job. They were fast and professional and made sure everything was cleaned up once the job was finished. I have no doubt in my mind we will be doing business with them again in the future.Precise Exteriors, LLC Response

Doug was very responsive and sent a roofer out to fix a leaky chimney as soon as weather permitted. The person who came out was very experienced and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call them again.Precise Exteriors, LLC Response
