This company appeared on my credit, alleging an over $1000 balance. I left Tmobile a year ago! Accounts HAD to be paid to $0 to allow us to close the account and port out our numbers and get devices unlocked. May 10th we were fully ported and unlocked. Tmobile took $1600 more in May and June but could never explain the charges. Now they sent it to collections and never told anyone. Calling them is no use. Why? Because Tmobile has some weird shady sales practices. The “debt is not theirs” and they transfer you to everywhere with no result. Tmobile told me when I worked for them and questioned their shady sales (add a line and force it on customers, add a phone, add internet, whatever the customer asked about, add it even if they said “NO” in the end. Now they send bills out that don’t exist, and none of the credit reporting agencies investigate, instead it is all ROBOTS! How could they, on a Sunday at midnight get “validation” of any debt? The collection agency ignores dispute letters and still won’t remove the item, a clear violation FCRA and also, they allege the debt was opened November. $0 balance required to port/unlock equipment, to taking $1600 for no reason afterwards, now saying they want more. Tmobile is so shady! So is this credit agency! It needs removed. I requested an Itemization in January and never got it so it is WELL past 30 days!!!Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc. Response

I requested an itemized bill for my ex T-MOBILE account and then they told me they sent one. I received it, and it’s only a total balance for $365.95. No dates and amounts that total the amount.Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc. Response

This randomly popped up on my credit saying I owe $380 to T-mobile Which I dont!!!!! I'm not even a T-mobile customer and haven't been for over a YEAR. I didn't owe anything when I closed my account. This company is either stupid or a scam. I haven't lived in Boston for years and all of a sudden I owe the electric company for a bill on 10/23 when I haven't lived in Boston since 2021, I'm currently in Chicago. Thankfully my friends live there and have the invoices for the paid Eversource "debt" that I owe, they've been sent to their email. Their "records" don't even have the correct amounts or dates of the invoices for the month. They can go **** themselves, if this shows on my credit report, I'm suing. I just out of the blue got a notification of this on my credit report. I have received no phone call or mailing from the company. They stated they mailed paper work and gave me the an address that I have not lived at in over 15 years. Then they said they have called me but I have no phone calls from them. They said this was from T- Mobile. T-mobile has also not sent any communication but I can confirm the address on record with T-Mobile is not the address the bill collector had. The lady on the phone accused me of lying. I paid the debt as I am trying to get a house but will be taking this as far as I need. I want my money back. The customer service was awful and the lack of communication is unacceptable.Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc. Response

Just out of the blue got an alert from credit karma saying that I owed money to this collection company, it says T-Mobile is who is owed if that is accurate then the amount is definitely not, and I can prove it. I haven't received any mail notices or even received any mail from T-Mobile about an owed balance. Currently disputing this charge.Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc. Response

This is a scam site. They somehow dinged my credit saying I owed T-mobile 70 dollars. When I called the lady kept asking me how I would like to pay. She had the wrong address on file for me. When I told her it wasn't my address she went back to how would you like to pay. When I told her I wasn't paying anything she got irate with me. I just hung up. This company contacted me non-stop, and when I ask them to tell me what this is about, they hang up on me every time. I don't owe them anything, this company is full of scammers that will refuse to speak with you. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION. Hopefully one day someone with the authority will finally check these reviews and give them a full investigation for fraud, harassment, blackmail, and god knows what else. What is the FTC doing? What is our government doing? Why are they allowed to do this for this long? What is the point of the BBB anyways if this type of company has been running for 40 years with an "A+ Accredited Business BBB Rating", yeah right.Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc. Response

Bewqre of this company. On March 8, 2023, DIVERSIFIED ADJUSTMENT attempted to collect money on an account that does not belong to me. They are citing that it is a TMobile collection. TMobile has confirmed that they are not affiliated with this company and has not initiated anything. They have no knowledge of any of this. I do not have any TMobile services at all. I have services with ATT and have for years. When you contact them to tell them, they attempt to collect your personal information. Beware of this company.Diversified Adjustment Service, Inc.
