We purchased a ****** furnace 9 years ago and it came from Goodin Company...it has a 10 year warranty. Our contractor ******** Plumbing and Heating out of *********** purchased the furnace from Goodin and Company nine years ago which we paid for and purchased from them and the furnace has a 10 year warranty. . Even though this furnace is under waranty...They have passed the buck and refused to fix this furnace. We have been waiting since October 2021 and it is now the end of December 2021 and we still have no furnace that is working because they refuse to fix it and it is under warranty. We live in ********* and the temparature outside is -8 below zero. We are heating our home with space heaters to keep it from freezing up and are basically going to have to leave our home because of the cold. What we were told was the ****** Furnace that they sold us are all having troubles and they are just passing the buck until the warranty's expire so they do not have to fix the furnaces. We have heard every jargon possible as to why the furnace doesn't work...now without even inspecting the furnace...they have never been here...they tell our plumbing contractor who put the furnace in 9 years ago...the duct work isn't sufficient...REALLY...then how since this furnace was put in 9 years ago has it worked all this time. OH and how has other furnaces worked. It is just one thing after another saying that we shut the duct work off which we didn't to literally saying nothing is wrong. This is a company not wanting to withstand the warranty that is included with the price of the furnace. It started out with they replaced the air exchanger which was cracked...that part got put in. When they started the furnace...it would start and then shut off due to the furnace getting too hot and the safety feature would shut the furnace off. So now we sit with a furnace they refuse to fix to get it running. They are refusing to service the warranty.
