I'm being with tcf and Huntington for 25+ years until now. 1 day I came at 5pm and I didn't know they were closed. I walked inside and saw an old lady, I said HI. How could you get in here? The door opens that's why I can go inside. You shouldn't be in here because we are closed at 5pm. Came back tomorrow. She then turned to other lady and yelled at her: You should closed the door so she couldn't get inside! Oct 4, I picked up my kids from school and went straight to that bank. The kids came inside with me. Two staffs were busy with other customers so I had to wait. While I'm waiting, the kids asked me if they can get some withdraw slip to draw. I said yes because I think it's not a big deal. We can't ask the kids, especially the boys, to sit quietly with no TV n no toys to entertain them. The same old lady. looked at my kids with the rude eyes.A man with a little girl came while my boy was standing at the table drawing .There is still room on another side and there was 1 table next to that has no one using it. The old lady, asked my boy to leave the table so the man can use all the whole table. The man said: it's ok, I still have room here. My son got upset, cried and ran around, and kicked one paper sign on the table. I asked him to picked it up and, then we left the building right away. When I got home, I called just tried to explain thag the kids did shouldnt got treated like that and I gave the kids a permit to use the paper to draw. The lady told me that I should retrain my kids again, and they shouldn't use the table, then she hang up phone on me. Most of the business places they either have a tv with the kid channels or have coloring book to keep the kids busy while they are waiting for their parent. The bank should not expect their customers to leave the kids outside of the building or sit quietly with nothing around to entertain. This lady is rude and racist. Stay away from this bank. They need to change the way they treat their customers.
