      Fraud/Mismarketing - I was told that they can fix suspension for $1118 and that my kids would be able to drive across state without any issues. Out of 10 hours trip, they spent about 6 hours with horrible bounciness. I took the car back and was told there was something else wrong that causes the problem and I have to pay to fix it. If they know how to fix the car initially, wouldn't they have told me these issues that something else is wrong. Instead I was told by the guy at the shop that no worries, the problem is fixed. My kids can drive without any issues. This is fraud - if you do not know what all goes under the hood say so - do not give guarantees to your customers. Their shop is not worth their words. Do not trust them.

      On 04/28/2022 We had recommended rear shock absorber replacement as they had obviously failed and were leaking. This vehicle is equipped with air ride suspension. On 05/03/2022 Vehicle was brought in for 4 new tires. We suggested to get the best life out of her tires it would be a good idea to take care of the shocks also. On 07/07/2022 We replaced the rear shocks and made sure the air ride suspension was functioning as it should. On 07/11/2022 The vehicle was brought back for bouncy suspension. We found a fail safe code stored for the compressor that pressurizes the system. New code not previously stored. This means the compressor is working too hard and is being shut down to prevent further damage. This was not something that could be foreseen. We estimated repairs that were declined. We offered to reinstall the old shocks which was also declined. We tried our best to come to a good outcome for the customer.

      On 7/7, my understanding is that the work to replace the suspension. I am not a car expert. I asked that after the replacement will my kids driving cross state at least 5 hours will not experience suspension issues and I was told no by the shop and also were told my kids will be okay (multiple times) driving without bounciness. Thus, I shelled out $1118. On 7/9, my kids drove cross state and returned with comments that on way it was very bouncy for 2.5 hours also extremely bouncy for 3 hours back. As car "experts" I trusted what they said. I called them back, explained the situation and asked for full refund and was told to bring car in 7/11 and leave it overnight. They then tell me that they can fix it further for more money or they only partially refund by putting back my old shocks. Either way it means bringing my car back to their shop. It is not a good outcome because why should I trust them to dig into my car again as 'experts' and later say 'it was unforseen or we did not know'? Good outcome is refunding all my money for the mismarketing and misadvertisement.
