            On 12/27/2023 my husband brought his truck in for the Takata air bag recall. They took pictures of the entire outside of the vehicle but not the interior where the work was being performed. They cracked the dashboard installing the new airbag and claimed it was already there! Now I know this crack wasn't there because I am the one cleaning it. Plus my husband uses a Swiffer duster on it daily. When he contacted them they are insisting that it was already there and they refused to do anything about it.

            Clem is very nice BUT their warranty company they use is terrible. We bought an Equinox and I specifically asked if the engine was checked and vent was checked. He said everything is fine and they inspect it before selling it. WRONG! They only hook up a scanner and if it shows no codes it is good to go. That is not an inspection. A month later it is running bad and we checked the oil. We brought it to a family garage to look at it and come to find out the vent was plugged (which if you noticed I stated in my second sentence). Timing chain was falling apart and pieces were found in the oil. When they drained the oil twice it was thick sludge. Warranty company wouldn't do anything because it wasn't a certified shop...no where did it say that in the contract! Now we are our over 1000.00 in repairs. Don't buy from them unless you have them actually inspect it in front of you not just use a scanner as you can buy a scanner at a store and clear the codes before sellng it. Just terrible experience. Another word of advice look into the warranty companies companies use. We paid a lot for a warranty and were not able to use it.
