I brought my 2021 Porsche Macan S to the dealership to figure out what was wrong with it, as I kept having codes pulling up. The first time I brought it in was in April because they were able to squeeze me in since I was in the area. I live 3.5 hours from the nearest dealership. They werent able to figure it out, so I had to schedule time for it. The first appointment that I was able to bring it back was May 11th. They gave me and my husband a loaner car to use until it was done. We called throughout the day, but as it got later we needed to get home to work the following day. It was close to 5 pm and we were told to take the loaner car home because they couldnt fix it then and didnt have it put back together. We later found out that the part was coming from ******* so it may take a couple weeks. I wish we would have known that before heading home, because our vehicle was still drivable and would have rather had it at home than leaving it. We called often, with many days the phone would not work and when leaving messages to have someone call with an update never received calls back. Finally, we got a call on June 9th and it was fixed. My husband got in the loaner at about 4 am the next morning and drove down to pick up our car. He drove home washed it and parked it in the garage. The next morning when we went to the garage, we noticed condensation in the entire tail light. He immediately called the dealership and was then told that there was a huge hail storm and our car was not fortunate enough to have been brought inside. The storm happened weeks before we picked it up. I believe it was on May 18th. We are now responsible for getting it repaired!? When we purchased the vehicle, we had the dealership install a protectant film that needs to be removed to fix the dents and then we have to bring it back to the dealership to have a new one reinstalled. I have put many miles on my vehicle to bring it to the dealership. I am most worried about the damage to the title
