      Brought my van in with 3 problems. After having my van for 2 and a half months I finally got it back. Communication is not their priority with their customers. Well, I had my van back for 1 week only and it started to make the same exact noise! I called them and spoke to the service manager, Jason, and the best he could offer was to schedule me an appointment 10 days out. After I thought about it this seemed not quite right to me . The noise has gotten much worse so I called back the next day and I wanted to talk to him but he was busy so someone said they would have him call me back the same day but, of course, he did not call me back. Here we go again with the lack of communication. Rudy Luther Chrysler Jeep in Brooklyn Park, MN has terrible service. And they do not fix your vehicle correctly the first time around.maybe because the work was covered by our warranty. My husband and I are not. happy at all. I am not happy with Chrysler products no w either.

      I didnt have too many huge problems with my car but my car was stolen due to it being a **** They knew that those cars was easy to steal. A lot of Kias and Hyundaia has been stolen and a lot of people dont have transportation and its just a hard time for a lot of us!

      ****** at its finest! My husband has no problems, but as soon as I take the vehicle in for service or ask questions I am overcharged for things I didn't ask for (asked for an oil change and got charged for an oil change and maintenance service/break inspection, I get an attitude and no help (quote on tires via phone), etc. It happens with Jon, in service. Why do I get Jon the few times I handle the vehicle. I have spoken to Scott S, general manager and he gave me an excuse that they have had problems with Jon and am working on it (this was the first time), then I emailed Scott for the second concern (tires) with no response. I left Scott a message this last time and I got Brian. Jon is still working there. Why is Scott still there? Why are we still accepting ****** in our businesses? They are supporting ******. I do a lot of things and know a lot of things that "men" do and I do them better. I reached out via chat to get corporate contact info and they refused to acknowledge my concern and provide me with help. I have voicemails and texts to prove my experience. There are many great places that treat all equally, please do business with them.
