Took my 2016 Camry here on 11/20/23 routine check. They said everything looks good and in the green. Only fixed filter. 3 weeks later my car dies in the road after making noises with acceleration the day or two before. Took it back to them and they said they had to fix 4 items for over $1400. - oil pressure and degrease the engine $330, - oil/filter change for $83 - replace drive belt $164 - replace radiator for over $800 Picked up my car after paying and the next few hours/day the hood of my car wouldn’t stay close and they wanted me to pay to fix it and before all this didn’t have an issue with hood of my car staying closed. They were willing to have to replace the spring in the hood for you and wouldn’t tell me a price unless they check it. I am not trusting this place anymore. My issues is why check everything green only 3 weeks later for you to say a there was a leak under the hood and didn’t say anything about it 3 weeks prior.Review from janine h

Poor sales person, Bryan ******* We ordered a new SUV Highlander salesperson made several mistakes after going back and forth we thought it was all wel & corrected with what options we wanted etc. . Nope! When SUV came in it was not what we ordered. He tried to convince us it was same vehicle we ordered! He gave us a different Spec print out (actually with different VIN, and said it was the car we ordered. Thank God I kept all emails. He was in error but did not make it right. Continued to go off the higher MSRP Highlander in access of $3000.00 higher. This sales man was awful and dealership did not make it right. After being a loyal customer, purchased 4 new cars from them. Never again!!Review from Daniel S

Two weeks after Inver Grove Toyota took my trade-in for my purchase of a 2023 Toyota Tacoma I received an invoice from the state of Illinois. Whoever was driving the vehicle that I no longer owned did not pay tolls. Someone at the dealership took a copy of the invoice and said they would take care of it. I checked after 2 weeks and it had not been taken care of. I was also informed that parts were not ordered that should have been 2 weeks ago. Only 2 months and already have a problem with heated seat that requires replacement. So far I’m very disappointed in the response and grief I’ve been getting from this dealership. At this point I would not recommend doing business with this dealership.Review from Amanda E.

Inver Grove Toyota completely changed my life! (as cheesy as that *** sound) I was "upside down" in my previous car loan and had already been to at least 20 other dealerships and gotten nowhere. Inver Grove Toyota was actually the last dealership I went to after an entire day of nothing but complete BS with 3 other dealerships I had already been to that day. I honestly just kind of went there on a whim and I'm am seriously SO happy I did. My salesman ***** was fantastic and actually listened to me and wasn't a pushy, selfish "all about commission" jerk who helped me find my new whip which I absolutely LOVE! And the finance director *****, I love that lady! Seriously. This woman got my interest rate almost cut in HALF,no joke. Plus, she got my monthly payments dropped by over $200! I hugged both of them twice and I'm pretty sure everyone heard me scream with excitement when I was still sitting in *****'s office doing paperwork. I told them I'm sending them a Christmas card and I mean it! If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. No doubt about it. I know where I'll be going for my next car. THANK YOU SO MUCH Inver Grove Toyota!!! I fricken' love you guys!!! :)Review from Danielle S

So I went to Invers Grove Toyota because they had listed a used Toyota RAV4 that was in my price range and an older model (2010). When looking at the car it seemed like it had just came to their lot and hadn't been processed yet even though there was a price for it already. The sale person I worked with assured me that it was going to get cleaned, buffed (some scratches and such), and undergo their multi point inspection. It was added that it needed new breaks. Driving test was okay, and I hadn't seen anything else I liked yet so I went forward in securing financing. I was concerned about the look of the tires but was told they were graded at 6's and 5's. If I wanted new tires as well the price was going to go up. They weren't willing to budge on the listed price or bargain at all considering used care were is such high demand. I was told everything was set and I could pick up the car Saturday afternoon. I get there and wait almost two hours past the appointment time for the vehicle because it was still wet from cleaning. All paperwork signed I bring it home. On the way I notice a chip in the windshield so I try to contact the person I had been working with. They gave me no warranty of any kind with how old the vehicle was. "as is off the lot" was the response I got. Meaning once I took it off their property it was completely mine. So I have a new (to me) vehicle that already needs glass work. Fine I guess. Next day the gas light comes on so I head to a gas station. The side panel literally doesn't open. I cannot get gas into my car. Spend at least an hour trying to pry it and scratch a bunch of things as a result. I can my sales person again who tells me to bring it in and they will fix it since A) should be a cheap thing B) I've had the car less than 48 hrs. Well I live 25 miles from Inver Grove. I don't know the exact gas mileage, and I'm not sure I can make it that far. Could I go somewhere closer "no, we really wanted to look at it here". So I'm white knuckleReview from Becky J

I purchased a used 2014 Toyota Camry from the Inver Grove Toyota dealership on March 11th. The car had 104,000 miles on it. It had a clean Carfax report. I was told the service department at the dealer completed the 100,000 mile maintenance on the car. I made the mistake of not having a mechanic from outside the dealership inspect the car. I drove the car 2 miles and stored the car in a garage until June 2nd. The car was not driven at all during this time. On June 2nd I went and got the car. It started right away and I drove home. Within a couple of days it was clear that all 4 of the door looks were not working at all. I replaced the key fob battery, but that did not solve my issue. I went to the dealership and explained the situation to Clay W*** the Sales Manager and he would not help me. I asked for a 50 percent discount on the repair and labor and he would not help me. I went to the dealership again and made a point of speaking with Randy W**** the Sales Consultant who sold me the car. Again no help and he would not give me a price break on the repairs or labor. Shouldn’t you be able to trust a dealership? Next I brought the car to a local mechanic. I find out the dealership did not replace the air filter, cabin air filter, coolant and AT fluid per the 100,00 mile maintenance checklist so I am left with a bill for $347.45. The bill to repair the locks will run me around $1500.
