      ******'s is the perfect example of why people often distrust dealership service departments. I brought my car in for a transmission repair under warranty and was told that the issue with hard shifting was due to faulty valves. After the repair, not only did the problem persist, but they also managed to break the oil filter adapter during the process. To make matters worse, they forgot to secure the intake valve mounts. When I took the car back, they refused to take responsibility for the poor workmanship and instead charged both my warranty company and me for the corrections. Now, I've discovered that they installed the oil pressure sensor incorrectly, which adds to the list of things they've damaged while attempting to fix the original problem.Someone suggested I give ******'s another chance to correct their mistakes, but there's no way I'm going back to a place that exhibits such careless incompetence and lacks accountability. I'd rather take my car to a reputable shop where I know the work will be done right. I can't afford to deal with ******'s disregard for quality and responsibility any longer.

      Purchased a Ram pick up 3 months ago. Had a letter from my bank stating they were my financing my loan. When papers were ready Liz put a bank I had never heard of as financial institution. She had to resend the paper to my bank. The paper work is then signed. She then sends my paperwork for title to state. A month later, SURPRISE!!! THE LEIN ON THE TITLE IS IN THE BANK I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE CORRECTED!!!! Her reply, she will contact the other bank get the lien release and get it corrected. Two months later it has still not been done. My bank has repeatedly tried to reach her by email and phone. No response. My bank has contacted other individuals at Morries. STILL NOTHING!! Other bank has not even been contacted.

      What a rip-off. I made an appointment to recharge my AC and after the service area kept my car for a full day the AC was not recharged and I was handed an estimate for close to $4000 for the following maintenance: break fluid replacement 4WD fluid replacement air filter spark plugs cabin air filter AC line replacement- which is not needed, the residual oil they claim they found is from the condenser which I replaced. I declined all "maintenance" and took my 2016 car back. I will not go there again, the upsell is ridiculous.

      I Got a cat from Forest Lake in 2018 and the first 6 days the window fail down i went back and fourth missing work to try and get it fixed , That was a issue in itself and the sales team was very unapologetic, very unfriendly about it but it was fixed through Kia because of the warranty which took another 2 days of no car , So i went a week without a new car . ( one of the sales people said this happens with used cars ) when i purchased the car i added a warranty and Gap insurance. Let’s fast forward to March 2021 i recently traded the car with another dealership and I’ve been reaching out to forest lake to get my Gap insurance back , I’ve also went in and was told they are to busy , I’ve called maybe 15 times , I spoke to a finance manger he sent me the forms to fill out and I’ve never heard from him again so i decided to call the actual gap insurance company who accepted the forms through me and they said that forest lake would have to be the one to send me the refund but they will cancel it. so i called forest lake maybe 4 more times and left voice mails and no call back not one call back since March from these people , And I’ve left voicemails on different staff voicemails.. I called and went there in March , It is May two weeks from June. People are willing to take the money for these cars but not willing to pay when it’s time to pay the customer , when people ask me about this dealership I tell them it’s not good customer service after you’ve purchase the cars and all of there extra packages they offer with it no matter what goes wrong with the car so no don’t purchase from them. I read someone’s comments about not receiving their $1000 back and i can believe it , I’m just asking for a small portion of my gap insurance back and still can’t get that.
