I took my 2023 Highlander in a couple days ago for a regular maintenance and oil change. I got home and the car stay parked for two days. I went to move it from the garage to the driveway and come to find a whole oil mess in my garage(boy was that a mess to clean). I reached out to Toyota, which was a chat team. The person helping me put a request for service to call me. I waited most of the day and no call, so I gave them a call. I was transferred to a women service advisor explained the situation about my oil and my fluids were not topped off. Figured that out when I looked under the hood due to the oil leak. The women did not apologize, she did not ask my name or vehicle information. All she said was come in tomorrow morning at 7am. I went at 645 to be early, waiting until 7:10 and no one was around. Went to the website and they do not open until 8am. Very frustrated I reached out to their chat team to confirm the hours and requesting to file a complaint. FRANK from the chat disconnected, I chatted 3 more times getting Frank everytime, which he continued to disconnect from me all 3 times. I have bought show floor calls every 4 years from Toyota, I am not a new customer, I been a Toyota customer for around 25 years. Never an issue with other locations but this location seems to be a problem everytime I go there. Either they look miserable, talk down to you, push you on to someone else, on and on. But this last visit pushed it overboard.
