They were hired to defend me in case rebecca A***** I was told was my lawyer. At first appearance it was nick J******. The contact between me and my lawyer was almost zero other than emails. The day of my hearing nobody from hoglund law appeared they pawned me off on a lawyer who got an email of my charges and appeared on my behalf with a 72 hr notice. This was a waste of money and effort on my part and I will NEVER recommend them to anyoneReview from Tonya D

I had Andrew ****** as my social security disability lawyer and he was amazing. He knew the ins and outs of the trade and applied everything he could to my specific case and was able to get me approved for benefits after being denied twice in the beginning. He always has time for me. Even if I called and he didn't answer he was kind enough to text and let me know the situation and that he would call me when he could. Even weeks after I was approved if I had questions he would take my call and help me. I would definitely use these guys again if I needed them for any other of their specialties!!! Not even worth 1 star. Since my initial contact, staff had no communication with me throughout the whole process. I called 2-3 times during the process & staff were rude and impatient. They provided no details at any time. I didn't receive my decision letter in the mail for some reason. About a month after the decision I called to check the status. I was informed that yet again, I was denied & that I would no longer be represented by Hoglund Law and I was free to try another law firm if I so choose. No details at all. Left me hanging solo. Now I'm stuck doing an appeal at the very last minute when the ssi office said that my attorney should have done it for me immediately after the decision. I original filed my bankruptcy with Hoglund Law and that went well. I did find out from them that a Judgement wasn’t removed from my credit report which I thought was strange as I didn’t remember having these people included in on my bankruptcy. I also believe that this was a wrongful Judgement put on my credit report. I did ask the original person who was working on my case if I could know more details on the Judgment and she never told me or got back to me. Well, that person is no longer working with Hoglund but did anyone bother telling me this and updating me on who is taking over my case. Nope!!!! This department is terrible at communicating with their clients. When you call them you get directed to the wrong person and that is so frustrating. It makes me think that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. No body can give me answers on my case, well I guess I flushed my money down the toilet. This is not acceptable as I received my agreement paperwork back on March 7th and now it’s going to be June shortly.Review from Haley A

I had a great experience with this firm. My case manager always respond me back right way whenever I leave message for her. I spoke with attorney couple of times, he was detailed and explained everything thoroughly. They handled everything very well and really appreciate it.Hoglund Law Response

I had a great experience with this firm. Most of my correspondence, my choice, was through email or text. They always returned my messages. If I had to call and talk to them they answered or called me back right away. I spoke with the attorney several times throughout the process. The paralegals were great too. ??Hoglund Law Response

I have a client who has applied for Social Security benefits with no return phone call back from her "lawyer" I am almost certain that she is being scammed through this company and unfortunate is now facing an eviction due to the negligence of this company. She has called every day and they will never call her back. take your business elsewhere because they like to take advantage of those who are disabled.Hoglund Law Response
