Whoever is considering this company RUN!! I have only had my car for a year and literally EVERY month there is a major problem with the car . Just a month of me having a car it had an oil leak , which took so long to get fixed because i kept getting sent to different mechanic shops . Next , not even a month later , a get a coolant leak, another major issue . Kept getting it fixed just for more problems to arise . Now here we are , its October and now the coolant leak that was supposed to be fixed has leak into the motor . So now Im told the repairs would be ***** for another motor and the company, ******* AUTOMOTIVE, were responsible for fixing my car Now fast forward to two weeks ago , i finally received my car . Just three days later , after driving, i started to see smoke coming from my motor . So the next day I called and I was told I would have to drop my car off for ANOTHER day in a half just for them to see whats wrong . Because i had to go to school , i was going to drop my car off that following Monday . HOWEVER , the mf didnt last a week before it started smoking while i was on the expressway and stopped on me . So i had to pay for a high a** tow in the middle of the night and get a tow to the mechanic, just to be blamed Apparently i neglected the motor and melted it . How and all i did was put gas in the car and start it up everyday . The car didnt even tell me it was overheating like it usually does, just stated smoking and STOPPED! Something wasnt done right ! Aint no way three days later a whole new motor is smoking and my check engine light on. Then through this whole process ********* In the office was so unhelpful with calling me back about the process of my car . I had to eventually seek out and contact the mechanics on my own . Im just so tired and very stressed out with all of this . Please make this place yall LAST option please yall. They constantly throwing these horrible ***** Cruzes on people knowing these cars are bad.
