            Clear Image Pools completed the pool construction 'the job' as outlined in our contract. All invoices were paid in full on January 4, 2023 after receiving the ************ township inspection report. The contract stipulates 1-year warranty on workmanship and 3-year warranty on pool equipment. Early March 2023, the coping stones sealant and the coping stones around the pool perimeter cracked, and one of the concrete slabs popped due to leakage of drain water pipes laid underneath the slab. I sent in pictures of the issues to ************ on March 7th. We exchanged messages until April 21st for Clear Image Pools to repair the issue as obligated by the 1 year warranty. It has also been brought to my attention today that the irrigation system wires were cut during the pool installation and the irrigation system needs to be rewired. For more than 3 weeks now, I have tried to contact ************ over text message, voicemail and emails. I have not heard back from them.
