I wasn't too sure what to think about this company when I saw them doing my neighbors house in May. I'm glad I called Alliance, though! Back in March we had a big storm that knocked down trees and damaged a lot of roofs. My neighbor told me his insurance company wasn't paying to replace his entire roof after a tree branch fell on it. Well, I had a bunch of damage from the same storm, and since we have the same insurance company, I figured mine wouldn't replace the whole roof either. Sure enough, I called my insurance and they sent a guy to come look at it. He said he thought it should be replaced, but he said "It's not up to me, my boss has to approve it". Well, they only paid to replace one part of the roof and then replace a bunch of shingles in other parts. My neighbor told me about Alliance Restoration and that they were able to get his entire roof replaced after talking to the insurance company and showing them why it needed to be fully replaced. I met with ******* and ****** from Alliance and they came and took pictures and measured everything and said "Give us a couple of weeks to talk to your insurance company". Well, 2 weeks later I got a call from the insurance man and he said they will pay to replace the whole roof! I picked a color and they put the roof on the following week. It took one day to do. Looks great! These guys know what they are doing!Review from Devin N

These guys were fantastic. Came out and replaced my roof in a short few days after having to remove two old ones already on the home. They are super helpful throughout the process and were very easy to stay in contact with day and night. Highly recommend!Review from Regina J

Alliance Restoration has promised my husband several times since March 02, 2022, they were coming out to do repairs on a roof they replaced but has not as of May 12, 2022. Since the last time my husband spoke with someone and was told someone would be out to make repairs, I have tried calling several times only to get no answer and not able to leave a message because the mail box is full.

Ms J******, both Richard and I have been out to look at the leak you have in your roof. As Richard explained to both you and your husband Calvin, the leak is coming from the old flat roofing section of your home.
Alliance Restoration did NOT replace your flat roofing when we replaced the shingle roof sections back in March of 2016. The insurance company did NOT pay to replace the flat roofing sections because there was no storm damage to the flat roof. We did provide you and your husband an estimate to replace the flat section, but you said you would wait to have it done. You have asked us repeatedly to come fix your roof due to leaking and each time we send our repair crew, they explain that the leak is coming from the flat section. You keep insisting that we DID replace your flat roof (we did not), and then you show us the estimate we gave you years ago and say that is your receipt. It is an estimate only! You never had Alliance do the actual work.
You are giving us a bad review for no reason, despite the fact that we have been out to your home several times and have explained this issue to both you and your husband each time. I am not sure what else we can do to help you or to get you to understand that we did not replace the flat roof. The shingled portion of your roof is in perfect shape and has no issues, but you are giving us a bad review for work we never performed!

On March 2, 2022, a representative from the company came out to look at the roof and stated he would be back in 2 weeks to make repairs, he has not to this day.Alliance Restoration, Inc. Response

Yes our repairman was there and he explained that he could return and attempt to do repairs to the flat section of the roof. He then discussed with us that the repairs were required to an area of the roof that Alliance Restoration had not replaced. Alliance has already given you an estimate to replace that roof section years ago, since we do not feel that a repair attempt to that section would be able to be guaranteed or that a repair attempt wouldn't cause further damage to that portion.
The flat roof section is in very poor condition and any repair attempts to it would most likely result in only making the flat roofing leak more. We explained that Alliance will only do a replacement of that section, since it is far beyond its usable lifespan. This is why we gave you the estimate for full replacement back in 2018. This is where you have a leak. Richard called and explained to both you and your husband that the repairs were not a warranted repair, since Alliance did not replace or install that portion of the roof! Your husband knows we did not replace the flat roof and that we only gave you an ESTIMATE to do so! You keep insisting that the estimate is proof that we did the roof, but there is no payment for any work performed outside of the shingle roof replacement we did in 2016.
I understand that our repairman said he would be back to repair the roof, but he was unaware that we did NOT replace that section. Richard then came out and discussed with both you and your husband that the leaks are from the flat roof and that the flat section needs to be fully replaced. That section needed full replacement more than 5 years ago when we did the shingled portion, but you declined to have it done then. The flat roof has only gotten worse over time and you keep calling us to come repair a section of roofing that is not repairable! You are using the BBB to try to have us do repair work to a portion of the roof that we never worked on! Our BBB rating is very important to us and this is more than a little unfair to us. We have responded to your calls over and over again and each time we tell you same thing.
