We were quoted $116 to clean the master bedroom and 2 bathrooms. I chose this company because their quote was less than others, but it turned out to be more money when they arrived. I was baffled and concerned that there is NO way to mention on their site that we also have a kitchen and living room, so I thought it was understood that most homes have both, so those areas would be included. If it wasn't understood, I thought they'd call us to find out if we want the kitchen and living room cleaned. No one contacted us after the appointment was made except to send automated reminders. The only call I got was about 2 hrs before the scheduled cleaning. Someone called at 12:10 pm asking if the cleaner could come at 11:15 am, then, realizing that 11:15 am had already passed, she asked if the person could arrive in 20 minutes. We couldn't accomodate that, so they arrived instead at 3:10pm, which was fine.However, the cleaner told me they'd be here for 1 hour and 15 mins since there are 2 of them, and would not clean the kitchen or anywhere other than the bedroom and 2 bathrooms. I called the office to ask for clarification, since the quote says 2.5 hours of cleaning. She also changed the price from the quoted $116, to 4 hours for $35/hr, which would be either $140 total or $280 total, though the total wasn't given. I was upset that everything was being changed after they'd already begun cleaning. In their reminders, we're told that WE will be charged if WE change anything, yet they wanted to change the arrival time, the hours worked, and the number of cleaners. I told her to have them leave immediately because this appeared to be a bait and switch to quote $116 (see pic), then change it after they arrived. How does anyone get their kitchen and common areas cleaned, since it's not an option listed on the site?Customers should know how many people are coming and how long they'll be in our homes (approximately). This is a lack of respect for our time.
