05/19:Comfortable LLC come to do a(Preventative Maintenance) on air conditioner. Was told that we needed a new condenser, that we needed freon, that there was a rusted hole in the heater. That the repairs were more expensive than it would be to replace the heater& air conditioner. 6/14/19 :Comfortable LLC installed complete heater and air conditioner. At 8pm the air conditioner stopped working. Water poured out of the ceiling. I called Comfortable LLC. The owner ******** ********* got angry with me for calling them after "business hours". He sent a technician out, who arrived at 11pm. We were told that the installation tech did not install enough freon in the air conditioner causing the unit to freeze up thus water over flowing . We sustained water damage to the freshly painted ceiling and wall as well as brand new carpet and padding in the hallway. I should have discontinued my business dealings with them at this point but I thought that we all have bad days when we don't do everything right. I wanted to support small business. So I choose to give them another chance. 06/20:Comfortable LLC installed a dual zoning system. It took them ALL day to do the job and had to come back 4 different times to "get the parts". They did not explain the "computer" thermostat to us. 02/10/21 :Power went out. When power came back on the dual zoning system did not work. I contacted Comfortable LLC I was told that they could not get out to me due to the weather. Which I understood (ice and snow on the road). Then I was told that there were more important customers than us. I did not like the way they said it , but I understood. Other people did not have heat. At least we had heat.
