Racist, no remorse for hurting people, wrong doer, don't care about people's feelings

In January of 2022 I went to Bartlett Home Furnishing to purchase a new queen mattress total cost was about $1500. Over the past year I have spent almost $20,000 by furniture that was comfortable for my medical condition. Linda and Doug knew about all my surgeries and special needs. The first mattress that I bought was a *************************Boxtop set. I wanted a very soft mattress so that I would be comfortable. I've had a spinal fusion and several surgeries for my pudendal nerve, which are nerves around my sitting bone. I liked the mattress in the store. I could lay on it comfortably and sit on it also without pain. Within 2 weeks the bed had a significant "trench in it". They promptly sent an inspector to measure the trench down the middle. It had to be a certain depth before anything would be done. A month went by but I had not heard anything. I went to the store and asked Linda about it. She led me to Doug who said, "They didn't call you to come pick out another one?"
I don't think I would have ever known if I hadn't followed up. They are famous for not calling or following up. I went to pick one out which was firmer. Linda immediately took me to a bed and said "based on your needs we think this is the best bed for you. When I slept in the bed for the first few nights I realized I had made a mistake. I called Linda to tell her the bed was way too hard. She was no longer friendly towards me. Finally I talked to Doug and he said they had no comfort guarantee. Something they definitely DO NOT tell you. Almost all mattress let you try it for 30-100 day guarantee. After much discussion Doug said there was nothing he would do to rectify the situation. Even after I had been a loyal customer. He said he was not willing to "eat" a $3000 dollar mattress. I told him I trusted them and bought the mattress they recommended. I don't think they will address my complaint I want it known that they are not a reputable company and cannot be trusted.
